Stayed Dec 31, 1969This great vacation house in Harwich Port definitely has all the amenities and charm one needs/wants for a perfect vacation. We had a really fun week and can't wait to return to Ava's Sandbox again!

Stayed Jun 20, 2022There were lots of toys and kid friendly items in this home. Wonderful fenced in backyard. A short walk to the beach. The owners seem to have a small dog. The house was quite clean but fyi if you have an allergy. There’s no bathtub. The decor was perfect and made it feel like home for the week. The dishwasher wasn’t working great so we had to wash dishes. Would definitely stay here again.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were really pleased with the house! Upon arriving I first thought we might be cramped but the house layout was perfect and we never felt crowded! Both indoor and outdoor spaces were ideal. A short walk to the beach was a big plus and downtown was walkable as well. Would definitely recommend!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for my husband and myself, with our son and daughter-in-law, and our daughter and son-in-law, along with two young grandchildren. Lots of space for all of us, including a basement and fire pit. We were surprised that the cottage/house did not have a shower though. It was very clean and ready for occupancy! We arrived at night, and the lights were all off, but when I called TurnKey, they walked me through where to find the lockbox (the code on our reservation was for the cottage, not the main house). Be sure to read through all of your arrival procedures to find these details! The home was wonderful.
