Relax & unwind with the family in this western-themed 3bd/2ba house situated in a friendly neighborhood with hot tub, 2-car garage, backyard, BBQ grill, & dual-screen Home Office setup. The place consists of 3 queen beds, 1 queen sofa bed, and 1 rollaway bed. All kitchenware & ingredients are available for use. The home is also conveniently located near I-10 & walking distance to Safeway, Walgreens, Anytime Fitness gym & several restaurants. Saguaro National Park & downtown are a 10min drive.



This modern house situated in a nice quiet neighborhood has a spacious 3-bed/2-bath space complete with a hot tub, 2-car garage and a large backyard area. For those needing a productivity space, there is an office desk with a work-from-home (WFH) setup complete with two 24” 1080p monitors, USB-C docking adapter, keyboard, and mouse.



Please let us know if you are bringing pets and we can provide some pet amenities including Kennels, bowls, and extra pet blankets. We require that you provide us with their size and breed before we accept your reservation at our discretion. There is a current maximum of TWO pets allowed per reservation and the pet fee is $75 per reservation. Length of stay with pets is currently limited to 2 weeks unless an exception is made; additional fees may apply.



Two bedrooms include HD TVs. Bath towels are laid out on the beds. One of the closets include an iron, ironing board, and rollaway twin bed. In the living room is a sofa bed that can fold out if needed; extra sheets & a pillow are in the closet of one of the bedrooms.



The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, egg boiler, waffle maker, rice cooker, coffee maker (w/ filters, sugar, cream, & ground coffee), and tea. All cookware is available for use for preparing meals as desired. The backyard also has a BBQ grill with a propane tank.



The bathrooms will include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. There will also be some cleaning products under the sink.



There is a spacious backyard space with a couple of chairs, a small table, and a BBQ grill.



The washer and dryer are also available for reasonable use as needed.



The neighborhood has a small park behind the backyard with a playground and various pull-up bars and dip stations. There is also a nearby bike path that travels north along Silverbell Road; perfect for bike rides and morning jogs.



Temperature on thermostat can be adjusted from 74-85 degrees during the day or down to 72 in the evenings as desired.



Notice: A Refundable Security deposit of $300 is required upon booking.



Guests will be able to access the entire property except for the cleaning closet.

This small friendly neighborhood is near the I-10 freeway and within walking distance to Safeway, Starbucks, Walgreens, Anytime Fitness Gym, Subway, Wells Fargo, and a few decent restaurants. It`s also a short stroll to a couple of public SunTran bus stops along Silverbell and Grant. There is a limit of 3 vehicles and all must be parked in the driveway or garage if possible. Street parking is limited and not recommended.



Behind the backyard is a small playground along with pull-up bars and dip stations. There is a bike path that runs north along Silverbell Rd that’s perfect for bike rides or morning jogs.



Please adhere to our neighborhood quiet hours between 10pm to 7am.



There is a strict 3 vehicle limit. The 2-car garage and driveway are available and recommended for parking. Street parking is limited and not recommended. The property is also a short stroll to a couple of public SunTran bus stops along Silverbell and Grant Rd.



The place is thoroughly deep cleaned when vacated and in between guest stays.



If the propane tank for the grill becomes empty, it can be filled/exchanged at the nearest Shell Gas Station along Silverbell Rd. Just let me know and send a picture of the receipt and I`ll be happy to reimburse.



Longer stays (monthly) are welcome as well. Please message me first as to the reason for your stay before booking an extended stay. An additional lease may need to be signed.

    David was very attentive to his guests both in his communication with them . Anything that needed to be fixed was address in a very prompt manner. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of the neighborhood barber, drug store, grocery store and some local restaurants. If you intend to cook while at the residence, the kitchen does need some addressing with respect to the basis cooking needs. It needs 1, 2, and 3 quart sauce pans along with some additional bakeware that is oven proof.
