Sonny Side~Beach Front~Private Heated Pool

We had a lovely stay at Sonny Side! The pool, Gulf views and direct access to the beach couldn’t be beat! The house was clean and had everything we needed for 7 people to stay comfortably. The host, Jennifer, was friendly and quick to respond to communication. She had excellent suggestions for grocery shopping and even a fishing charter trip. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Sonny Side is a lovely home with a private heated pool and a beautiful view of both sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf (especially nearing the winter solstice). Jennifer as host was very helpful but not intrusive —just fabulous.

This house was perfect for our family. We love the location, layout of the house, covered deck, heated pool, and steps from the ocean. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog and the gate on the deck allowed us to enjoy time outside while keeping her safe. We loved watching our kids play in the sand while sitting in the tall deck chairs, our dog happily smelling the sea air next to us. Absolutely lovely. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Sonny Side Beach House was just a dream! From the panoramic views and private beach access to the heated pool and many seating options on the enormous deck. This private oasis did not disappoint. Bonus surprises were a couple of folding beach chairs, sand toys, floaties, boogie boards, and many provided beach towels so you don't have to bring those items in case you were wondering. We came with friends, but this would be very kid friendly. Absolutely loved it here! Would be thrilled to be able to come back to this rental in the future.

Even though it seemed expensive, it was the best deal we could find and the best beach house I have ever seen it was beautiful. I love to set up 50 feet from the water and it’s built in pool. It was wonderful.

The property location was amazing! It was perfect for our family and you can't beat the privacy of the beach steps from the deck! My kids loved the warm pool, ocean and sand! We had mold on our shower curtains and it was replaced within a couple hours. The deck has seen a lot of wear. I was informed it will be getting repaired in the fall. With that fix, we will definitely come back to Sonny Side!
