Solterra Resort! Beautiful Spacious 6 bed 4 bath home with Private Pool.

We loved the house. Everything was great. My grandkids loved the pool. I recommend this house. When I had questions they always answered them real fast. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Spent a fortnight here in October and enjoyed our stay, booking and communication with the owner was simple and prompt.The resort is in a well maintained gated community with excellent onsite facilities including a fantastic outdoor pool, lazy river, pool house and gym. special mention to the guards on the gate who were always so welcoming.The villa is spacious and was great to come back to after long days at the parks, the kids all enjoyed having their own space to disappear in to, has all the mod cons you need, good Wi-Fi, plenty of TV channels, pool, games room and all the things you would need in the kitchen and utility room....ice machine in the fridge freezer was excellent for filling up our bottles before heading out.Location is around 25 minutes from Disney and 45 minutes from the Universal parks, could probably do it quicker depending on what time you travel and when the roadworks are complete on I4. Fantastic choice of restaurants close by in both Champions Gate and to the south in Davenport, all within a few minutes drive away where you can also find Publix and Target for your grocery's/gifts.My only negatives is that the property could do with a little bit of maintenance, some scuffs on walls and a few fittings that could do with replacing, including the sofa previously mentioned in other reviews, it would be better to be replaced than have it covered. Otherwise it was a great stay and I'm sure others will enjoy it as much as we did.

Very nice accommodations. All aspects of a home available down to the last detail. Subscription to cable which made grandma very happy. Great communication with management company.

We were very pleased with this home. The house is very clean. The rooms are spacious. The bedrooms have comfortable beds. With the Master Bedroom on the main floor, it allows you to have your own space when family or friends are visiting. The pool was well maintained once a week..The Management Company-Linda, Mike, & Ashley-responded very quickly to all our questions and some minor issues with the internet. The grounds of the resort are well maintained, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Our only suggestion would be to replace the sofas in the downstairs sitting room.

house was great and as described, however apparently as has happened the last 3 stays the pool heater worked first 2 days but not last 2. also water had turned green

My extended family (11 people) needed somewhere to stay for a week at the absolute last minute due to our cruise being cancelled after we had already landed in Orlando. This house was everything that we needed to accommodate our family and make our week in Orlando great. It has nice, big clean rooms with comfortable beds, a fun game room space, and an amazing pool and hot tub. The resort amenities were a plus too! Great location to Orlando attractions and beach areas. Definitely recommend this one for larger groups.

It was good, the resort pool is poorly managed and staffed. The resort has a 'grill/bar' which opened around 11 am or so, they would work maybe 90 minutes, then close down for a break, open up again for another couple hours, and then shut down for the day. Keep in mind, this is their PEAK BUSY SEASON. The pool slide had similar limited hours of operation, the lazy river did not open at the same time as the pool, and was shut down earlier than the pool as well. As you can imagine, the limited hours of operation creates a crowd scenario, as everyone is trying to use these services due to the limited hours of operation. I've been to a lot of these, and this was one of the poorest run operations we have run across in the last 20 yrs. This is no reflection on the home we stayed at, nor any of the services/amenities at the home. Just unfortunate, and largely avoidable with a little effort.

I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the property. Our tub in the bathroom did not drain properly. The shower curtain was molded and had a bad smell from the mold. One of the rooms did not get ac so it was very hot. The pool was dirty and there was trash in the bathroom trash cans from previous renters. I will not rent this property again or recommend this property.

This was the first family vacation that my wife and I have been able to take with our 11 children and it couldn't have gone any better. We arrived in Orlando early and was able to secure an early check-in. The house looked amazing in the pictures but was even better in person. The house is laid-out perfectly. for our size of family. We tried to reserve other houses prior to this one, and thankfully those fell through, because this ended up being the perfect house for our vacation. Our kids loved the private pool as well as the resort pool and lazy river. The resort was located perfectly as we never really traveled that far to get to any of the attractions that we visited. The only thing that didn't seem to work was the cable TV, but we were able to login to our Youtube TV account for the little bit of time that we were at the house watching TV. With that said, we never called to see how to rectify the issue, so it may have been something on our end that we didn't try. We hated to leave and, without a doubt, would stay here again if ever in Orlando.
