Stayed Dec 22, 2022House was great! The Orlando Rental Villa Company was quick to respond to any issue or question we had during our ten day stay (12 family members). Lots of pool towels, kitchen well furnished, good beds, and great location close to the Resort Club. Kids pool toys and some games were also provided. Would rent again! Only suggestion would be to leave directions for televisions and a booklet with resort club hours and what is available. Highly recommend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home, Solterra resort was in a great position, the villa had everything we needed. We booked the pool heat for our December stay so although the weather was cloudy the pool and tub were always warm. Would definitely like to visit again and would recommend to our friends and family

Stayed Sep 5, 2019This is a very nice house. It's been decorated in a welcoming, casual style. The pool area is great as it looks out onto a lake with loads of poolside furniture. The few tiny issues we had were promptly responded to by the management company which we very much appreciated. My only real criticism is that the wi-fi is quite slow and unreliable unless you were in the main living area where the router is located. Even having restarted the router, I found that on the pool deck, my phone picked up the wi-fi from surrounding homes but not the one for our home. On the whole though, this was a small issue. I would recommend this house, and the management company, to anyone visiting Orlando.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We very much enjoyed our stay. We stayed with our two daughters, their husbands and kids and the house was a perfect size and layout for us to all stay comfortably. The house was clean, had a well equipped kitchen, more than enough bathrooms, games room, they provided a high chair and Pack and Play, and the outdoor space/pool was very clean, spacious and enjoyable. There were two common space TV rooms, plus TVs in each bedroom which was fantastic in the evenings with such a big group. The location was very quiet and pretty and close to outlet shopping, grocery stores and all theme parks. Overall we had an absolutely wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again.
