This beautiful house is located in an excellent location in Calpe, next to a fantastic sandy beach and just 3 minutes walk from the town center.



Less than 15 minutes by car you will find the charming towns of Moraira and Altea.



Its fantastic location at the sea front will allow you to enjoy MAGNIFICENT PANORAMIC VIEWS of the sea and of the Peñon of Ifach´s Natural Park. The villa has several large terraces decorated with different trees and plants perfect for reading or enjoying a family meal while admiring the sea. Another fantastic area of the house is its large outdoor patio, the ideal place for a siesta in the shade, listening to the soothing sound of the waves.



The house is divided into two different floors. The first floor holds 1 bedroom with bathroom en-suite, the second floor holds 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed and bath en-suite all equipped with air-conditioning. The three rooms offer fantastic sea views and the double bedroom on the first floor has a direct acces to the their garden.



The kitchen is modern and has a direct acces to the garden. It opens on one side of the living room and on the other side to the shaded outdoor lounge.



You will find that this is the perfect place to swim and to snorkel, thanks to the great richness of the local submarine flora and fauna.

Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.

No pets of any kind are permitted. We are sorry.

Mass gatherings are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are permitted. Overnight stays in the home are not allowed to exceed its capacity.

Smoking and lighting candles inside the home are prohibited.

    We especially loved the location – private and elevated with stunning panoramic sea views, yet with easy access to a path leading straight down to the beach. The house is also perfectly placed within short distance of the beach, old town, shopping, and everything you need for your holiday. The hosts were quick to respond and always very accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There was really nothing we didn’t like, but a few small improvements could make it even better: the parasol was a bit broken and tucked away, the light at the back of the house needed fixing and more lighting there in the evenings would be great, and some of the outdoor furniture was slightly worn and could also benefit from cushions. These were only minor details and did not affect our overall experience. We are very happy with our stay, give it 10 out of 10, and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Calpe.

    The apartment was in a great location, 2 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We would happily stay there again. Maybe provide some welcome provisions such as milk and teabags would be a nice touch

    We really enjoyed our stay in the house. The location near the city center and directly on the beach is actually almost priceless. And the view of the sea from the terrace and the living room is breathtaking. All the bedrooms have a direct sea view. Everything on site was as described. I also greatly appreciated the fitness center (Troya) in close proximity. There are also a few smaller supermarkets nearby, and the larger, better-stocked supermarkets are just a few minutes away by car (parking is available there). The kitchen is well-equipped, and all the necessary kitchen appliances are available (everything from the citrus press to the hand blender is there). Thanks also to the Solhabitat team, who were always friendly, competent, and responded promptly. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one point for cleanliness because a previous tenant had obviously forgotten a hairpin in the washing machine. Otherwise, everything was fine. ... Please instruct the cleaning team to also check the various household appliances. Unfortunately, the rusty hairpin in the washing machine has stained one of my shirts.

    Very nice house with cosy garden space and beautiful sea view. Location is perfect, close to the beach and old town. We will back here soon:) Missing in the house the beach umbrellas and sunbeds
