Overall our experience was nice except we could hear the neighbors next door partying all night as well as their barking dog.

Home is beautiful, just as in the photos, but you can definitely hear the music from the nightlife nearby late at night. Other than the noise, it’s perfect! Super convenient location and plenty of space.

Great location. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and felt very safe. Centrally located to all the area has to offer. House was comfortable and clean. If back in Tampa, I would stay here again.

I cannot say enough about how excellent the hosts are (rating 10/10). There were unforeseen issues with the home during my stay (e.g. ants ave water leaking at the door and widow sill after a heavy rain). The hosts were informed and acted swiftly. I did have to find alternate housing while the home repair issues were addressed due to scheduling. As an fyi there is a mango tree in the backyard that squirrels will nibble on and drop in the yard just in case you are traveling with dogs. The house is located near two bars which may be a noise interference for some people but it didn't bother me.

Great Location for what we needed! Very walkable to bars, restaurants & Hyde Park. I have adult children, they were thrilled with the walkable nightlife! Clean well stocked adorable cottage! We had a Great stay! Thank you!

Lovely apartment & well appointed (although without luggage racks). We s stayed four nights and the first two nights, a Friday and Saturday were so noisy because of the bars that were very nearby and the thump thump thump of music was ongoing until after 3 AM disrupting our sleep despite our earplugs. Sunday night was quiet and we slept well, but Monday someone was in the apartment next-door, and the walls are very thin. I asked for a later checkout 3 times before I heard back and the answer was no. The price quoted before we rented it was different than the end price which included over 450 “host fees”. We will not be coming back.

This property was perfect for our needs. It was within walking distance of my son, who we were visiting. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It had a keurig, which we really appreciated. We found a food store close by,which we could walk to. It was in a safe neighborhood, although close to a couple of bars that the college students frequented on the weekends. We really did not hear much noise in the house from the bars. The shower was nice, but a little tricky and did trickle water on the floor. Maybe it needs a better seal around the shower doors. Other than that, we were very comfortable and pleased with the accommodations and would love to stay there again.

We had to book this stay the day before vacation due to our hotel not being open. The hosts we very quick to answer any questions. The place is in a great location if you want to be in walking distance to grab something to eat or enjoy a cocktail. Highly recommend taking a walk to Backyard Soho, great food and staff. Short drive to Raymond James Stadium, Ybor, Sparkman Wharf, and Hard Rock. To top it off we enjoyed a Buccaneers W on my birthday. #GOBucs

Property was as advertised. Not too big but comfortable and clean. Perfect for a small family. Location is good right off S Howard and nightlife, but you can hear the bars at night although wasnt a big issue. issullllwith the shared parking
