The three bedrooms with king beds and en-suite baths were essential for our group. The screened in patio 5 feet from the bay was icing on the cake. We loved our stay!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025We absolutely loved the condo. The view of the Bay was beautiful. It is tucked back away from traffic and is truly spacious & peaceful. Wake up to the birds, maybe catch an occasional view of dolphins as they pass by.The property of Sandestin is huge, so just be prepared to drive or wait for the tram to get to pools or the beach. Teens might prefer oceanfront, but this is perfect for anyone who wants to be away from the hustle and bustle.Neighbors were amazing as well.

Stayed Sep 9, 2024We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the bay side. Literally a few steps from the bay. We were able to fish from the back yard! Great screened porch and rooftop patio

House was beautiful and comfortable. Felt safe being in gated community. The views were amazing wherever you looked! Kitchen had everything we needed.Beds were very comfortable. Host was always quick to respond.

Stayed Sep 5, 2024Even though it was cloudy and rainy during our stay we loved sitting out in the screened in porch watching the rain and all the birds. Being so close to the water was amazing! Loved the house!

Amazing ocean view out of the back and a short car ride to the beach. Centrally located to access restaurants and grocery stores quickly. We'll be back!

This unit was perfect for the four of us. The views were phenomenal. We would like to recommend larger TV’s in the bedrooms and more trash baskets. Also the ability to stream movies, etc on the TV’s. We took our Roku which was a good idea.All in all, perfect weather and a beautiful home to stay in.

There was so much to do that we didn’t have to leave the resort. Since it was Memorial Day weekend and the crowds were crazy we chose to spend our days by the pool which was close to the condo. The best part of our stay was the patio! We started & ended our days there. The breeze off the bay and the sound of the water will take away your stress.
