This spacious contemporary ranch situated in picturesque Old Snowmass offers majestic views of Mount Baldy and the Snowmass Creek valley. Sip your morning coffee on the spacious deck while taking in the views and sounds of Snowmass Creek or stay cozy by either of the ambient fireplaces. On the lush lawn, guests can gather for cornhole, lounge by the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking or skiing. Venetian plaster ceilings and Southwestern art complement the surrounding scenery while the wraparound deck provides guests with opportunity to soak in the sunshine all day.

Conveniently located between Aspen and Basalt, and just three quarters of a mile off Highway 82, the 18-acre setting offers both privacy and serenity, yet affords easy access to the towns, ski mountains and premier fishing areas on the Roaring Fork and Frying Pan Rivers.

With three separate living areas, there is ample room for gathering as well as space for privacy. Two of the living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, include a fireplace with gas logs and automatic starters. The additional living area is equipped with a large flat screen TV as well as abundant table space for games or puzzles. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen with adjoining bar and breakfast room offers yet another area to gather. Four of the five bedrooms are equipped with a king bed and every bedroom provides guests with blackout curtains for sufficient rest.

Many of the light switches are controlled by Lutron and are automatic for your convenience. The master bedroom’s blackout shades are controlled by Lutron as well. The home is managed by Base Camp Management, a local company who can provide housekeeping services and manage any unforeseeable on-site issues. For monthly rates, please inquire.
