This two bedroom, two bath corner condo is located in building A, which is the best building for location in Capitol Peak Lodge. Bedding is King, two full size beds, and queen pullout in the living room. Both baths have shower tubs. It sleeps 6 adults comfortably.
Owner has upgraded the unit by painting the entire unit, upgrading linen, bedding, light fixtures, pullout queen sleeper sofa and the second bedroom has two full size beds. Owner has also gotten 60 Smart Samsung 4K cableflat panel TV in living room and two large luxury leather recliners in living room.
Located in the Luxury Snowmass Base Village Condos in Capitol Peak Lodge A. This corner 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo Base Village Unit offers the best of ski-in, ski-out location in Snowmass. Just steps from the Base Village Mall with restaurants, shopping, and right between the Elk Camp Gondola and Snowmass 6 person Chairlift. Otherwise, there are more restaurants and shopping located at the Old Snowmass mall, just a short free gondola ride away (on Cabriolet Gondola).
Perfect for families because the kids ski school (Tree House) is located in the Snowmass Base Village too.

The other big advantage is the location and parking garage with elevators. It cannot be any more convenient at the Snowmass Base Village. Being able to drive in to the private gated off section and parking right by your elevator that takes you right up to your unit, is a nice feature. Then in the morning, to be able to take the elevator down to the village level and put on your boots and grab your skis from your adjacent ski locker and just walk 50 feet to the Elk Camp Gondola is the best.

Note: Captiol 2A is the best building to be in at Capitol Peak, it right between the Elk Camp Gondola and the 6 person chairlift. The other buildings at Capitol Peak are farther away from the slopes, restaurants, ski school, and lifts. THE UNIT HAS A KING BED IN THE MASTER, TWO FULL SIZE BEDS IN THE SECOND BEDROOM, AND ALSO HAS A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, ALLOWING 6 PEOPLE MAXIMUM. WINTER RATES ALSO INCLUDE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING and Summer rates every other day (up to an hour max. for one housekeeper). (monthly rental includes 2 hours/week).

The unit comes furnished turnkey down to the silverware (built new in 2008). Location, Location, and Location! Also w/d in unit, parking space in parking garage, elevator right to unit, 2 hot tubs, and complete fitness area. Also comes with ski storage locker just 50 feet from the Elk Camp Gondola. Living room and Master bedroom has HD cable TV's that have Apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime, U-Tube and TV and movies through XFINITY. Second bedroom also has Samsung HD TV with TV and movies through XFINITY.

*** Don't be fooled by the other Snowmass condos that were built in the 1970's. They may be remodeled but still have thin walls, thin floors, old plumbing, heating, and a lot of stairs. No matter how much you remodel it, they don't compare to these 2008 built luxury units. And the location to the kids ski school, lifts, shopping, and restaurants cannot be beat.


The ALL INCLUSIVE RATE also includes one car in parking garage.

    This response was combined thoughts from all four of us. We enjoyed the blankets in living room, excellent bedding, Netflix, great cable, great kitchen, available utensils and basic spices, nice furniture, premium location in village, overall great and cozy experience.

    Absolutely outstanding ski property in every possible way! Perfect location in the base village right next to the Gondola and steps from the Village Express chair. The unit was large, clean, fully stocked and simply fantastic. The property manager Roget Kuhn was very communicative and gave us everything we needed to find the place and enjoy our stay, plus he stopped in just to make sure we were OK. Honestly you couldn't find a better ski rental, and we will absolutely stay here again the next time we come to Snowmass!!

    The condo was wonderful. Right next to the gondola and chair lift. Very clean and spacious. The only issue was that the check in and parking were a little confusing. Once that was settled, we had an amazing week. I would highly recommend and would definitely come back.

    We had a wonderful stay. The property is in a perfectly convenient location in Snowmass village. Parking is easy with the parking pass. The ski lockers were also very convenient. The condo is on the 3rd floor and both bedrooms were quite comfortable. There are 2 outdoor hottubs on the property which are wonderful. There is a supermarket within walking distance to the condo and also a small market in Snowmass village with a few things. Roget, the property owner, is very responsive and helpful. There are also several restaurants in the village.

    The only complaint at all I have is there was a towel in the master bathroom that had toothpaste on it and we found two items under a recliner in the living area which made us question the overall cleanliness but would most definitely stay here again.

    The location and access to slopes were excellent! The property has been well maintained. For whatever reason there was no key card access to the village level where the ski lockers are located. This required you to have to walk out of the building and all the way around just get outside or walk upstairs with all your ski gear to the village level which was inconvenient and the initial check in was cumbersome due to no property manager availability. The stay was otherwise very nice!

    It was everything it said and more! Loved the ease to Four Season Sports to get ski rentals and lift tickets. The hot tub was perfect after skiing and tons of great restaurants steps from the unit. Truly enjoyable.

    Location, location, location! This property was perfect for our family of 5! Steps from everything snowmass village has to offer. Having maid service is priceless when you come “home” after a long day of hiking, biking or rafting. The kitchen is fully stocked. The kids gave the queen foldout bed a thumbs up. Would definitely stay here again!!!
