Desirable Snowcreek II, 2 plus loft / 2 bathroom. end unit condo sleeping 8 people with South Facing views of the Sherwin's, Mammoth Rock, Mammoth Mountain and Lincoln Mountain. Upper Eagle Ski area, Dave's Run and the Gondola are all visible from both of the decks.

Recently remodeled by an LA-based interior designer, this unit boasts three stories and 1550 square feet of comfortable and cozy cabin living.

Enter on the first floor which includes a spacious primary bedroom with sliding doors, a large deck and views of the Sherwins, Mammoth Rock and Mammoth Mountain. Cozy up in the king bed and watch a movie on the 55” flat screen smart tv. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan and light with a dimmer as well as new vinyl wood plank floors. The en-suite bathroom has heated slate floors, granite countertops and a tub/shower combo with travertine stone.

The 2nd bedroom on the first floor includes a queen bed, 55” flat screen smart tv, fan/light with dimmer, and a custom work station that can also be used as a vanity. The bedroom also has new vinyl wood plank floors. The 2nd bathroom has heated slate floors, granite countertops and a travertine shower.

Full size washer and dryer behind custom barn doors are conveniently located on the first floor.

The second main floor has new vinyl wood plank floors throughout and includes a large living area with plenty of comfortable seating. All new furniture throughout gives the area an updated look. There are many welcoming spaces to read a book or enjoy your favorite show on the brand new smart 65” TV with cable. The south facing end unit allows tons of natural light to flood the space. A nostalgic river rock fireplace brings a warm feeling to the space and not only heats up the main area but heats the lower areas as well with a built-in fan. The views out the second level deck of Mammoth Rock and Mammoth Mountain are beautiful and when the snow melts there are serene views of the two adjacent ponds and streams as well that run beautifully throughout the Snowcreek II community. Feel free to enjoy games or puzzles located in the living room cabinet, and enjoy the Retro Arcade in the living room!

The dining room/table seats 6 and there is additional seating available at the kitchen bar which seats 2 and the bar/nook area seats 2 as well nearby.

The bar/nook area perched steps above the kitchen includes a custom live edge wood bar-top created by a local craftsman with comfortable seating and beautiful views of the snow-capped mountains. When the slow melts there's a view and sounds of the babbling brook that feeds into the pond below. This is a prime area to work, or just sit and enjoy nature and the views. Above the bar/nook area is a light/fan with variable speeds for added comfort.

The fully stocked kitchen is recently remodeled with granite countertops, slate floors and a limestone backsplash. The kitchen includes cabinets with glass doors, a custom wood hood and plenty of counter space for your entertaining and cooking needs. Keurig pod coffee maker is available for use as well.

The third floor is a semi-enclosed loft with 4 twin size (twin over twin) custom bunk beds created by a local craftsman. Each individual bunk space has a light, charging station, cubby and plenty of drawer space for storage. There are views of the Sherwins from the loft window and the loft is open on one side to the living room below for a spacious feel. The loft area includes a light/ceiling fan.

Steps from the condo front door you will find a community jacuzzi and sauna perfectly situated to relax at the end of a fun day. The unit is also steps away from the Snowcreek Meadow Preserve where you will find beautiful trails and Mammoth Creek.

The condo is a short walk to the Mammoth Town Loop trail where you can walk or bike all around Mammoth. You can also walk 20 minutes and reach Mammoth favorites like The Stove, Distant Bar, Salsas, Vons, the bowling alley, the movies theater and more.

We are a 5 minute drive to Eagle Lodge, The Village and Canyon Lodge and 10 minutes from Main Lodge. We are a short drive to the Lakes Basin in the summer (Twin Lakes, Lake Mary, Lake George, Horseshoe Lake and Lake Mamie) where you can fish, rent kayaks, pontoon boats and paddle boards. We are also 20 minutes to June Lake and 45 minutes to Yosemite National Park.

Two parking passes are inside of the unit. Parking is unassigned and on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    This is one of the cleanest and most well-stocked rentals I've stayed in. I was particularly impressed by the kitchen. It had every cooking utensil you could imagine. The listing is very accurately represented in the photos. The location is beautiful and every window has great views. The only issue we had was that the mattress in the master bedroom is uncomfortable and really needs to be replaced. I ended up sleeping in the bunk beds all week. Overall, great place, and I would definitely stay again if there was a new mattress.

    The property was very clean and very comfortable. There was a tile heater downstairs, heaters in every room, a brand new very nice stove which is hard to find in mammoth. The hot tub was massive and had a pretty nice sauna. It was awesome

    The house was lovely and modern but not ideal if you have children and plan to have them sleep in the loft bunk beds. The loft is open and directly above the kitchen/ tv room so the kids can hear everything and can't sleep if we watched tv or talked which meant we had to whisper when they went to bed and keep the tv off which wasn't ideal. One bedroom had a king bed but the 2nd was a queen so keep that in mind if you need comfort/space.

    This is a clean, updated, well equipped unit that accommodated our family of 7 quite comfortably. It is close to lakes and skiing/adventure center as well as nearby restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend.

    Beautiful condo, Two suggestions: Master Bathroom downstairs needs to have toilet paper holder relocated. Shower head in 2nd bathroom has to be adjusted. Hits you in the face.

    We had a wonderful stay. The property was newly remodeled and well maintained. Location is also great, close to stores and lots of things to do nearby. I would recommend this property to others.
