Snowbirds/Boaters/Family Retreat - 3br/2ba Minutes to Lake - With Heated Pool

Beautiful home and back yard. House was updated and decorated nicely. Very comfortable beds, large sectional couch and an amazing back yard with pool, putting green, horseshoe pit, fire pit and BBQ. Easy to find and a short drive to the highway. Owner is friendly and very responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

My son's dog Teddy enjoyed his stay and loved cruising the backyard. The backyard is huge and the pool looks brand new. The pool and backyard for games were a 10 out of 10. The only two negatives, my kids said their beds need to be replaced and they didn't sleep that great. The master bed was fine. All of the windows were dirty and didn't look like they had been cleaned in awhile., however I know the weather is an issue this time of the year. Overall we had a great time, no issues with anything else, checking in was a breeze and the location was perfect for launching the boat. WE will for sure stay at this location again and I am sure my oldest son will do the same with friends in the future. Thank you Don, we had a great time.

The stay at Don’s home was awesome. The house was very clean and the check in was easy. The backyard and pool are beautiful. Don had everything we needed for cooking and barbecuing also. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thanks Don.

This was absolutely an amazing place. The pool was the big ,love that it had the sitting bench with a table in the water. The house was well equipped, the rooms were perfect ,beds were very comfortable slept like a baby,and the restrooms were beautifully designed. This house made a our mini vacay so feel like we were in paradise. We went to the Lake once and we wanted to hurry back home to enjoy the pool. Looking foward to booking this property in the near future.

Don’s home is a great place to stay! Has everything you need, including a beautifully designed backyard. Will definitely always be my number one pick as long as it’s available when we’re looking to travel.

The property was amazing , the location was beyond amazing. Everything within a few minutes of the house. The property manager was above and beyond with answering questions and helping when needed. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place!!! The lake is literally 5 minutes away. Felt like home away from home.

We had a very nice stay. The yard and pool were awesome. The house is very comfortable and well kept. Everything was well stocked for cooking. The beds are very comfy and house was nice and cool inside upon arrival it was 115 this weekend and ever room was nice and cool. Don was very helpful with recommendations for dinner as it was my husband birthday and father’s day. Highly recommend Charbone. Food and service was amazing Would definitely recommend staying here for a havasu weekend or week long vacation
