Terry the host was very kind, responsive and prompt in getting back to us. Tom, the tech guy, helped us on Sunday morning to access our football on tv. It is a great space for hosting local family members for dinner. The layout, with rooms on opposite ends of the house, provided privacy for each couple.The view of Lake Havasu is beautiful!

Great pool with view. Terry is very easy to communicate with. Driveway is steep but has a nice big flat area up by the house.

A wonderful place to hold our family reunion. Close to the lake for our fishing and cliff jumping grandkids. But the pool was the biggest hit, a private and perfect gathering place. The home sits on a hill overlooking the city and lake. We were there on the 4th of July and enjoyed fireworks displays all around us. Reports from all quarters tell us that our grandchildren are still talking about it. And the time together at this home will always be fondly remembered.

The house had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the big family room and I especially loved that it was kid proof since I had a toddler. Terry is communicative and approachable. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for 12 days at this beautiful house, with spectacular views, I lovely pool and hot tub. Terry, our host, was a very gracious and accommodating host. He checked in with us a couple times to make sure all was fine and that we didn't need anything. Every room has a state of the art flat screen TV with satellite. There were no issues with the Wi-Fi and the BBQ grill was more than adequate. Very quiet neighborhood and beautiful sky for star gazing at night from within the hot tub!

The house is as the the pictures depict. Its all a bit dated but the house was in good shape and clean. We chose this house becase of the pool and it looked like a quiet location which it was. Pool was great, Terry had it heated for when we arrived and was great the whole week. Everything in the house was older but everything worked for our needs and we're pretty easy going. If you are looking for everything flawless this probably isnt the best place for you. Nice view of the lake and great sensets. Little to no traffic and Terry was great to deal with through the whole process. I'd stay again

Very nice host - easy check in. Lovely pool and outdoor patio area. Great view. House is big, plenty of room. Pool table in one of the rooms. Bathrooms are nice. House needs a bit of an update but is comfortable. TVs have satellite and streaming. Driveway is steep with parking in the garage and flat area for 2 vehicles at the top. We had a comfortable stay and really enjoyed the outdoor area. Nice neighborhood.

Terry was so very kind and helpful suggesting different activities and restaurants. The home was clean, and accommodated all our needs.

Was very enjoyable. We still had the pool that we are used to at home, after a long day on the channel. Everything was available for cooking outdoors. And for making breakfast in the morning. Definitely will come come back.

Everything about this home and property was amazing. We all really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was clean, everything was clean. There were pool sticks for the pool table and basically everything that you needed to be comfortable was provided. The property manager was great and very helpful. Couldn't have imagined a better place to stay and can't wait to return. Even the neighbors were awesome. Well worth every penny!!!!

Have stayed here before. House is great really enjoy pool being in front and having sun all day. House is in great location. Has all accommodations needed. Terry is a great host and always makes sure everything is good to go.
