Enjoy cooking out on the private gas grill, with cooking equipment on hand to help you put together fun meals. Inside, central air-conditioning will help everyone relax with ease. If grilling isn't your thing, the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook something tasty and a built-in breakfast nook for enjoying meals together. If you're returning from the beach, set your towels in the private washer/dryer and unwind with a favorite film in the DVD player.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and this property exceeded our expectations. The entire space was spotless, and we could tell that a thorough cleaning regimen was in place. It added to the overall sense of comfort and well-being during our stay.
The house was very clean and suited all of my needs. The pool was great, and my overall experience was fantastic! The guest information book is a little confusing (asks you to contact a person after check in, but there is no number). I contacted Vacassa directly and was told “all was good” and to ignore that house rule. I would definitely stay there again.
Perfect location-close to beach and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed was included.
My 3 friends and I loved this bungalow with very nice private pool! Located in nice, quiet neighborhood. Very clean and we each had our own bedroom. Close to shopping, restaurants, and beach. All were within 1 mile of home. We will definitely be coming back!
House is Small in need of refurbishment kitchen and bathrooms several appliance didn’t work they got fixed in the end by Jenna & Doug who did best they could. Pool and yard were good sun all day. The web site photographs make it look much better than it was expensive considering a size and condition.
Home was comfortable and clean. All essentials were there. There were some issues that I thought could have been better addressed . A couple major draws for us to this property was a heated pool and a washer and dryer. Although you have to pay extra for the heated pool, it was important enough to us that my wife notified them in a timely manner and provided a credit card number to have the heat turned on. Upon arrival we noticed the cold pool and that the washing machine did not work. A call to a given number was quickly answered and 2 very nice people showed up. Minor issues were resolved effortlessly but was advised that the pool heater was broken and that was that. The fee for the pool heater was repaid, but we were looking forward to the pool. We were told the owner would have to be contacted about the washing machine and that's understandable. We just wish we could have been kept in the loop of information as we never did get the washer fixed for our stay. Other than the fact that the property doesn't have live TV ( I'll blame me for not knowing that) we had an enjoyable time. Again, I would like to say that the 2 people we met as representatives of VACASA were both professional and displayed genuine concern for our issues.

The pool heater was broken and we couldn't use the pool. It had been cold prior to our arrival and we asked for it to be turned on. We were planning to spend a family vacation hanging out there because most beaches were closed. . Still waiting for a credit adjustment and have had no luck after 2 phone calls. Frustrated!
It was a fun time with our family. We did find it difficult to contact the owner or the property manager asking to have thenpool heated. We were willing to pay for it. They finally contacted us the day before we left. This was quite frustrating.
The pool is nice and the house has evwrything you need for your vacations. The kitchen is fully equiped, the beds are confortable. The house was very clean
