Stayed Jun 19, 2025Everything was great except there were no specific details given of WHICH condo was ours, when there were multiple buildings and locations. After calling customer service, we were eventually given the building name and condo number.

Stayed May 30, 2024We arrived at night with our infant to check in. A combination lock had been installed that prevented us from accessing the unit. Vacasa (the host) was not aware of this. I called multiple times over the course of 2 hours and received vague descriptions that they were trying to contact the ‘local team’ without timelines or resolution. Ultimately we had to find a hotel at 1 am to have a place to sleep. I had to make 6 phone calls over the course of 3 days to get a refund for the night, and never received an apology. This is what you get when you outsource management to a company thousands of miles away to cut costs. I will actively avoid properties managed by vacasa
