Our entire group had a great time here. Definitely would recommend
Check in was an experience. Instructions were never sent. Messages were ignored. Phone was to a number that went straight to VM. I googled the owner and found their real estate brokerage and had to get the info from them. When we got there, the yard hadn’t been cut in weeks. After calling, they came and cut it. The property itself was nice with plenty of beds and a nice fire pit. Other than check in, we enjoyed the place.
We had a dozen guys go up for a golf weekend and the place was perfect for our needs. Great location and plenty of room for all of us to stay! Would definitely book this property again!
I rented the lodge for MLK weekend with my ski club. We had a wonderful time and got to ski three different resorts in three days, all under 20 minutes from the lodge. It was very affordable for our group and exactly what we were hoping for. The garage provided a safe space for all our gear and skis as well. We absolutely loved it an hope to come back!
The bunkhouse was the perfect home base for ten geezer golfers. We enjoyed playing poker on the big dining room table.
We had a great time on the property and loved the fire pit and land out back. The kids loved the bunk beds!
I had the pleasure of staying here for a family gathering of 14 and 2 dogs. We found that the beds were comfortable, there are 10 bunk beds total; 4 in each room and 2 out in the open, along with 6 hideaway beds. All beds came equipped with sheets, a couple of pillows and a comforter. The rooms will give you privacy if you need to change, but the walls don't reach the ceiling, so you're going to hear everything everyone is saying if they're at the dining room table or watching TV. The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, flatware, cutlery, pots and pans which all came in handy with preparing meals. The property is massive, and worked out perfectly for us with the dogs and kids to run around. There was lots of privacy outdoors for campfires and stargazing. It’s also close to a Meijer, coffee shops, restaurants and places to shop, and within driving distance of many other destinations with waterfront and hiking trails. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay!
