Snow Bird Friendly, ground-floor island gem with pool access - walk to beach

Bring lots of quarters to park for beach access. If you are planning on taking chairs, food, umbrellas you will need to drive to the beach. Too far to drive.

Immaculate unit! Spacious, nicely decorated, super clean , and close to everything! Loved it!

Rooms were big and plenty of space in the living room to hang out and nice big dining table. Kitchen has all the amenities. Great experience

I would have given a 4 or 5 rating…in the description the unit stated pool/hot tub? No hot tub in the property and the “communal pool” is seasonal. So no pool in February. We loved the unit and location. The only other disappointment are the guest beds (twins), the mattresses were very uncomfortable for adults. The unit is very clean and has style. Everything you need for a home away from home stay.

The washing machine and dryer were a big hit! Loved the open concept and how roomy the place is. In the closet outside the front door, there are beach chairs and boogie boards and a beach umbrella! Perfect! All and all- a fabulous place to stay with the 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms!

We enjoyed our visit here. The condo was good and clean and we enjoyed it. The pool was nice too. The only bad thing was the terrible sewage smell outside the back patio. So you really couldn’t sit outside. Other than that the location is great, close to the beach and many other things within walking distance

The patio of the property was so dirty it was not usable. It took over a week to get mediocre service. I used the text message communication option and requested cleaning the day I arrived. We texted back and forth for a week. It still wasn't usable when I left. I requested 13 gallon trash bags for the kitchen and was provided with garden size. I asked to receive a call or text before their staff came by as I was on a work trip. While in the middle of a client Zoom meeting there was a loud bang on the door. I called the office 3 times and requested a manager call me, I also emailed the same request and still have not had any response. Who ever is managing this area isn't doing well at all. I've stayed with Vacasa in the past and have not had such terrible customer service. There appears to be no communication between staff and the manager(s) are MIA. This is really bad.

Stopped using VRBO after getting canceled without recourse. Never again. Went with Vacasa and was very pleased. Unit is about ten minute walk to beach or one minute drive. It was very clean. Lots of stocked essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish liquid, etc. Also has a Keurig. Pool was fine. Creek behind unit had turtles. Lush greenery. Parking was great. Highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic weekend! The condo was immaculately clean and in a great location. It looks even better than the pictures. We will be booking this place again
