Stayed Sep 18, 2025The house was very nice clean well maintained except the windows needed cleaning outside. It was very close to beach just a short walk just 3 houses from the sand it’s a super quiet neighborhood everyone was very friendly, we thought the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The only downside was having to rent sheets and towels and having to put them on yourself also you get no paper products we got their late and their was no toilet tissue and no paper towels, luckily I always carry at least one roll in my car and I wasn’t told this, it would have been nice to know before hand to be prepared.

Reviewer Comments: Great little cottage, well maintained, very clean, nicely renovated, a few steps to the beach! Great view of the beach from front deck! Good mattress in master bedroom - slept well. Decor was cute and totally to theme. Nostalgic, sweet, calming vibe.Recommendation: The cottage needs a set of good knives and a decent butcher block. Thank you. We had a great stay.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great and the location and beach were excellent. It's a quieter end of the OBX. The administration was insanely outdated, payment and contract were both done over the phone and using PDF documents through email. We were required to check in to Carolina rentals office before arrival even though there wasn;t anything to actually pick up (house was code locked). They also had the oncorrect insurance listed for me even though I had been back and forth over the phone with them at least 5 or 6 times.
