Stayed Dec 31, 1969It was the best accommodation for me and my family. The kids especially enjoyed the billiards and arcade games.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family vacation was amazing. The house was incredible, everything in the pictures and so much more. My family had so much fun with all the games and the upstairs loft was just perfect for the kids. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. All the necessities in the house you need and having the washer and dryer was a huge bonus. Hot tub was awesome too, so relaxing in the evening after long day out and about.

Stayed May 10, 2024The house is close enough to get to all the attractions in minimal time but far enough away where you feel secluded and alone in the woods. We loved our stay, the porch and seating areas were so nice in the mornings and evenings. The hot tub was perfect. Everything was thoughtfully kept clean. The beds were comfy enough, as well as the living room furniture. It was hard for those sleeping in the loft to stay asleep once those below were awake due to the echo in the house, but it didn’t bother us too much as we all awoke around the same time. We thoroughly enjoyed having the arcade games to play in our downtime. We did have some small hiccups in our stay, but the hosts and maintenance guy were quick to fix and go above and beyond to make our vacation great. The kitchen had everything we needed cook our few breakfasts and dinners. The host was so accommodating and we would highly recommend staying here for your next Smoky Mountain Getaway.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We wore out the pool table and hot tub, and the tv was set up to automatically sign out upon checkout so that was a nice feature you don’t see in too many places. Not great for more than 1 couple the way the house is set up but for a guys or girls trip the house is perfect.

Stayed Dec 27, 2023This is a lovely home with well stocked kitchen and fun games. I’m sure the hot tub is great, we just didn’t use it. One item to note that isn’t on the listing…the home is a 1/2 mile removed from the paved road, on dirt/gravel with inclines. I would not recommend for some vehicles, just be aware. We had a minor issue with some dirty bedsheets, which in turn lead to a minor issue making contact with the management company. The owner was helpful and accomodating. Overall it’s a comfortable, modern, open concept home. Centrally located to many attractions without staying right in the midst of the hustle.
