- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, etc ....) opened on a dining area / living room, with bay window, sea view.
- A relaxation room with mezzanine office, library and sofa bed 140.
- A bathroom (shower and sink) and a small laundry area with washer dryer.
- Two WC
Upstairs:
- Two small attic rooms with sleeping: a 140 bed and a bed of 90.
