Near the beach of Boisvinet (150m) from the pier for the island of Yeu and the large beach. 500m from the train station, pedestrian street. Forget your car, everything is done on foot or by bike. : downtown, markets, etc. Outside courtyard about 35m2 with garden furniture, barbecue and deck chair. Very calm environment

Stayed Aug 2, 2025We couldn't knock the location of this property but that was the only thing it had going for it. The toilet was dirty and smelly,and had mold on the ceiling, the kitchen appliances were old and slow, dirty cupboards, chipped plates,dirty and rusty kitchen utensils, uneven floors in the bedroom to the bathroom, rusty light fittings, bulbs out mold in the bathroom.The yard outside was ok but we were going to use the BBQ and it was covered with burnt fish. Definitely would not return to this property.
