Sleeps 6! ⭐ Charming 3 bedroom - walking distance to beach and town!

If I was just rating the host and everything within their power, it would be a 5 star rating (clean, well stocked, well decorated, accurate online description). Great at communicating and even let us check in a little early since the cleaners were done. The temperature situation drops overall rating to 4 stars. The living area is HOT in the summer time. There is a small window unit near the dining room but it does not curb the temp of the living room, kitchen etc. The first floor bedroom was also hot as there is no window unit in the room. The upstairs rooms have window units that almost work too well. The rooms were either 64 degrees (set to 69 degrees) or too hot. There really was no in between. Wouldn’t have been as big of an issue except that we had young kids so they are a little more sensitive to temps. Overall, house was clean and as described. The laundry and beach items (chairs, wagon, toys, towels) were great to have as well.

My husband, 3-year old, and parents stayed in this cute house for our first time in South Haven. The host and hostess were extremely welcoming, providing helpful suggestions before we arrived and answered any questions we had along the way. Upon arrival, they had an organized binder filled with even more fun tips and beneficial information located in the house. They provided a wagon, sand toys, beach chairs, and a nice umbrella for us to use, which was extremely helpful! My daughter also loved the little drum set. Thank you so much for making our first trip to South Haven an unforgettable one!

My boys and I had an amazing town. The home was so welcoming close to the beach which we visited 2-3 times a day! We will definitely be booking again!!

My husband's favorite get away is when he can park the car and never get back into it until we leave. This was his kind of vacation! It was my husband and myself, along with our son, his wife and 2 children ages 1 and 3 who stayed in this small house for 3 nights. If we were staying for a long week or more we might have wanted a larger house but this one was perfect for us. Close to everything we needed. The wagon was wonderful for getting us to the beach and into town. We all loved to walk and get our steps in! Thanks Jason for a wonderful stay in South Haven.

Very much enjoyed our stay! The hosts were easy to work with, the house was clean and nice, great location close to town. The only thing to know is that there isn't a bathroom on the second floor, which is where two of the three bedrooms are.

We only stayed 2 nights, but we enjoyed our stay. The house is very cute and comfortable. We drove to the beach, a bit of a walk with a 6 and 3 yr old. We definitely would stay here again!

We had a great day. House was stocked with everything you need. Close to town close to the lake great to have a backyard patio and grill as well as a fire pit. Would stay again.
