Comfy furniture downstairs. Beds are a bit hard pillows flat. There could have been a few more bath towls

We had a wonderful stay while visiting our son who is stationed at Cherry Point! Cleanliness is a priority for us, and this home was clean, clean, clean!!! The beds were comfy, and we had everything we needed. We appreciated having beach chairs and beach towels for our daily adventures, too! Thank you for a great VRBO stay 🤍

A lil beachy is an amazing little haven tucked away on Emerald Isle and it definitely set high standards for any rentals in the future. I am already planning a return trip and I know where I'm staying!

Perfect! Had just what we needed.

This nice townhome is so clean and well-furnished. The kitchen had many useful items, better than most any place I’ve stayed. Very comfortable and quiet spot. It is about 1/2 mile to the beach, but the walk was fine. The host is easily accessible and responsive. Checking in and out were very smooth, and we didn’t have any problems. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great location to enjoy Emerald Isle. House was immaculate, comfortable and modern. Great price for the space and location!

Rented here while our house was being renovated. Very clean and nicely updated. Short distance to beach and shopping. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

I'm always wary of places that have little or no reviews but I couldn't be happier with my choice for a beach getaway! Lil Beachy is exactly as advertised and so cute!! Everything was super clean and made me feel at home. The kitchen is updated and perfect for whipping up breakfast and lunch before hitting the beach. There is an outdoor shower in the small fenced-in patio so you can rinse off your sandy feet. The rooms are both upstairs so there is actually more space than I originally thought. It's a perfect layout for a family, couples trying to get away, or a girl's trip. This location is absolutely perfect because everything is so convenient. The closest beach access is a 1/2 mile walk/bike ride away which has a bike rack and golf cart parking available. Gaffer's and the Wine Market are an easy walk. Publix and Food Lion are right up the street and biking distance if you're only grabbing a few necessities. The unit is right off of Coast Guard Rd which has a great sidewalk and takes you all the way to the pointe. Holly was great and very helpful. She answered all of my questions prior to our trip. We will definitely be coming back soon!
