Welcome to 24 Bradley Circle, a stunning 7,200 sq. ft. beachfront estate in Hilton Head’s exclusive Singleton Beach. This luxurious 10-bedroom, 10-full and 2-half-bathroom home sleeps 24 guests and features a private infinity pool with complimentary heating, private beach access via a boardwalk, four covered balconies, and breathtaking ocean views. Designed for large gatherings, this home is ideal for family vacations, weddings, and corporate retreats.

The open-concept main levelfeatures a bright and inviting living space with high-end furnishings, exposed ceiling beams, and a 74” mounted TV above the fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, an Elise 5-burner gas stove, a wine fridge, and an ice maker. Guests can gather at the island with seating for eight or at the nearby dining table for twelve. Head to the fourth floor where an entertainment haven awaits. This second spacious living area features a pool table, kitchen, dining area, and an incredible bar. Grab a seat on the covered balcony to relax and enjoy the breathtaking ocean views. The fun continues in the game room — challenge your group to a game of ping-pong, foosball, or cornhole.

Glass doors on the main floor lead to the patio, which invites indoor-outdoor living in style. Take a dip in the luxurious infinity pool, soak up the sun and sea breeze at the poolside lounge area, or fire up the grill for an evening BBQ. When you’re ready for some sand and surf, a boardwalk leads directly to the beach for easy access.

All 10 bedrooms boast a private ensuite bathroom, while some feature ocean views and balconies. The first king bedroom is located on the main floor. Three more king bedrooms are located on the second floor, as well as a bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk bed. The fourth floor mirrors this layout, with four more bedrooms—three king bedrooms and a bunk room. Finally, the fourth floor features a king suite.

With an office—perfect for students or remote workers—a laundry room, and parking for up to five vehicles, every detail has been curated for convenience.

Home Truths:
- Wind gusts on Hilton Head Island are strong, unpredictable, and often damage the casement windows. The cost to replace a single window is $5,000. For that reason, guests are not permitted to open the casement windows using handles or other tools. Any attempts to open the casement windows will be considered a violation of house rules and result in a fine. To access fresh air or in case of emergency, please open the sliding glass doors. All bathrooms are equipped with ventilation fans.
- The griddle feature of the Wolf range has been deemed a fire hazard and has been intentionally disabled to protect our guests. Any attempt to use this feature will be considered a violation of house rules and result in a $2,000 fine.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- The fireplace is also not for guest use.
- Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $150 per day and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that the maximum pool temperature is 90°F and is dependent on outside weather conditions. Pool heating is available from October 1st through April 1st.
- Please note that if the outdoor temperature drops below 50°F, the pool heater may have difficulty maintaining warmer water temperatures.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

    Great property with a gorgeous view of the beach. Love all the dining seating available to accommodate a huge group. Plenty of beach toys/floaties/beach wagons and plates/utensils/cookware! A 5 minute walk to the beach.

    The house was perfect in every way; 8 guys on a golf vacation, so everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. All 7 of my friends would also rate this house a 10!

    It worked well for our large group. So nice to have an ensuite bath in each room. The games (pool table, cornhole, etc were all fun and entertaining. The internet was somewhat spotty in a couple of rooms but not a big problem. The managers had the pool treated half-way through our stay and kept it clean and clear.
