Stayed May 1, 2024We rented both units for 12 guys. The location was awesome. Having publix and Starbucks right next door was great. Plus there are restaurants, bars etc within walking distance or short uber ride. Downtown Nashville is only 10-15 minutes away as well. The house had plenty of room for all of us. I would definitely rent these units again.

Stayed Feb 16, 2024The condo was amazing. Very clean, short drive to downtown, close grocery store and coffee and a great place to host all my family and friends. Itay was so great to work with and answered all my questions with a quick response. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is traveling with a large group. You will not regret it :)

Stayed Oct 4, 2023Great location for a wedding in East Nashville. Since most of our group was over 60 I was concerned about all the stairs. But it was good. The extra exercise didn’t bother any of us. We had two units. Plenty of room for us to gather for breakfast in one unit. Place was clean and spacious. Any questions I had were answered immediately from the owner. Thanks for a great 4 days!
