Come enjoy our gorgeous home that offers its guests 6 bedrooms and 4 baths, including 2 master suites! Nestled among other waterfront homes at Rayburn Resort's “The Point, sits our own piece of paradise. Our lake house provides easy and direct water access to all that Sam Rayburn has to offer. Watch from inside or on the back patio as your family and friends enjoy the beach and thewater!! Not only does this house sleep 22 guests, it also has a long list of features that very few rentals can offer. We have installed Starlink high speed internet for excellent cell service and speedy streaming services on devices and TVs, which helps if you must work from our home. Complete with a lake view from within the house, guests can enjoy the outdoor patio and be a steps from the water. This home is only minutes away from the boat launch, the Rayburn Country Resort/golf course restaurant and marina, the local grocery and gas station, as well as other restaurants. This HUGE 3000 square foot plus house sits at the edge of a gently sloping path directly to the clear waters of Lake Sam Rayburn! The patio is only 100 steps to the water! At normal or lower lake levels, guests can relax on a wide, sandy beach on the banks of the beautiful, clear lake. Guests can put out chairs and/or a canopy and set up along the water by day, and build a fire for s'mores by night! The main house is beautifully furnished with large wooden light fixtures, plush leather couches, and granite counters with wood floors throughout. The main living area has a large smart TV and bluetooth sound bar. The living/kitchen/dining has an oversized kitchen island lined with bar stools, which is usually the gathering and eating place of the guests. The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, built in under-counter ice machine, ceramic cooktop, oven, and all the cooking essentials. A utility room provides the guests with a washer and dryer. The open living area includes a dining table for 8 that can be used for meals or table games and cards. The living area and all the bedrooms have a ceiling fan and we’ve also provided box fans for guests who like a low hum to sleep with or for extra cool comfort. Luggage racks are provided and can be placed inside the large closets, if desired. The first of two master suites has a king sleigh bed, large dresser, his/her nightstands, large, and private full bathroom. This luxury master bathroom has two vanities, a custom tile shower, soaker tub, and excessive large walk-in closet. There is a private, lockable toilet room for privacy. The second master suite has a queen panel bed, large smart TV, large closet, dresser, and its own private full bathroom. Across the house, there are two bedrooms, each with two queen beds. To accommodate these two bedrooms, there is one full bath with a double vanity between the rooms with access from both. Within the bathroom, there is a separate toilet and shower room with a lockable door for privacy. Next to the kitchen, there is a bunk room with two queen bunk beds. The spacious bedroom/game room above the garage accommodates up to 7 guests. Sleeping arrangements include one single bed, two queen beds, and two large sofas, full bathroom, along with a large smart TV opposite two sofas, as well as a hocky table. There is a lovely back porch that faces the water, and is breathtaking at sunset. The back of the house has windows so you have a nice lake view from inside or out. The back patio/outdoor kitchen is furnished with one sofa, 4 chairs, and has an outdoor granite counter with a sink. A separate charcoal is provided. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off sand from the lake. Here is a list of stores and popular destinations just minutes away: Umphrey Family Pavillion and boat launch, Twin Dikes public boat launch, Rayburn Resort and Golf Course, pool, lazy river, coffee shop, and restaurant, Sammy Ray’s dining and entertainment, The Dam Liquor store and convenient/grocery store/gas station, The Stump Restaurant and club, Dollar General (has more groceries than other stores), Hamburger Depot, Longhorn Liquor, Donut Shop, Chapala Mexican Grill, and Tackle Addict tackle shop. *Powell Park Marina* is 5-10 minutes by boat directly northwest from our house. They have an on-site Cafe, bait shop, convenient store, and gas on the water! During the summer, they create a blow-up float park on the water for kids to enjoy, if a wrist band is purchased. For more restaurant or shopping options, guests can drive 15 minutes to Jasper and find Brookshire Brothers grocery, 24 hour Super Walmart and Lowe’s, to name a few.

If there is not another guest checking out on the day prior, OR the day of your check in, you may check in at 10 am!

If there is not another guest checking in on the day of your departure OR the day after your departure you may checkout no later than 6pm!

VERY IMPORTANT- you must verify this info AND get confirmation from the owner by message through this app or a text message EXACTLY 2 days prior to your check in. For example, if you check in on friday you must get written confirmation of the early check in ON Wednesday. For a free late checkout, you must get confirmation THE DAY BEFORE your departure. This is due to the fact that we accept last minute bookings.
