- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.

- The heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler it may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!

- PLEASE NOTE: The hot tub is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance and will not be available for guest use during your stay. The heated pool, however, remains fully accessible, so you can still enjoy a relaxing swim and all the other amenities the home has to offer for a memorable visit.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.

    The host was super friendly with everything you need to know clearly communicated. The property was well kept with room to spare for our larger group and plenty of amenities. The location was convenient with all the essentials nearby. We had no issues and an easy check-in, would definitely stay there again!
