Had a great beach trip with family. The beach was within walking distance and there was free parking for the truck at beach. The pool was a great place for the afternoon after all day at the beach. GREAT TIME!

I would book this house every year if I had the means to! Close proximity to the beach (walking distance even for toddlers), wonderful pool, great outdoor entertainment area, COMFY beds and pillows—clean and fresh! Great area for kids to have fun as well as parents! Responsive host. Best place in Lido!

1st, I can’t speak highly enough about our host Linda! Her communication with us was outstanding and she was so accommodating to our family… lending us her children’s life jackets, looking for babysitters for us when ours cancelled. Linda just went above and beyond!Now, about the house: We had family coming in from Alaska, Montana, South Carolina and Wisconsin, it was a feat in itself coordinating everything. The house was just perfect for each family. We never felt like we were on top of eachother, plenty of room. The pool for the 4 and 7 year old was a Godsend, they were like little fishes swimming in there for at least 4 hours a day! The walk to the beach was literally 3 mins, so we could enjoy the pool then go to the beach then back to the pool while the adults prepared grilling dinner, the kids would swim. The description of the house was absolutely spot on. Super clean too! Just a super family friendly house!We will definitely be coming back next year!

We came with our family of five and had an amazing time. The house is very spacious and clean with all the amenities you could need. The pool was warm, even in the shade, which made for great pool days. Whenever we had an issue with the property the host quickly responded and solved the problem. We would happily stay again!

I did not feel welcome. The house has a musty small. I spend all my vacation without hot water. I call Linda the house thsecond day. I got hot water one day before leaving.

Overall a great property! Location was perfect for walking to the beach for sunrise, sunset, or for the day. We didn’t use the upstairs apartment, so it wasn't an issue, but the floor appears to need repair. The house was nice and updated.

Nice, clean house, well equipped kitchen, plenty of beach towels, beach and pool floats, chairs, etc. Nice dining room. Easy one block walk to the beach. One drawback; apparently if the pool needs cleaning, there is nothing that can be done to make the pool useable. We had a storm and I sent a note to management the same day saying it would need to be cleaned (pool guy recommended we do this when we saw him at the start of our stay if we received a lot of rain). Storm was on a Tuesday. On Friday, normal pool cleaning day, it had still not been cleaned because other properties were being prioritized over ours, according to Management (how that priority works, I don't know). Paid a lot to have a pool and couldn't be used for half the stay. As of Saturday morning it still hadn't been cleaned; this part was very disappointing. We enjoyed the house, but really wished we could have used the pool.

I really liked it ?good location to the ocean???the house is very cozy, tidy)) and there was everything needed for a small child (although we did not use it) but the owner took care of everything? I definitely recommend and will come back again

Linda, we loved staying at your home in Lido just steps away from the beach! You had everything we needed to enjoy a fabulous trip. So much so, that we want to keep it a secret! The house was perfect for our two families with children. A big house with a private pool, beach items including a wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, and beach toys for the kids. A short walk to St. Armand’s Circle. Plenty of kitchen items, plates, bowls, spices, comfortable king size beds, clean updated bathrooms, full size washer/dryer, and a separate apartment upstairs! The corner lot made us feel like we were in our own resort. We are already planning our trip for next year. So close to the beach and such a relaxing atmosphere! I can’t wait to get back to Lido!
