Sleeps 10! Entire House, Pool, close to strip

Great home

Host. Ken. Was outstanding. House was great. Clean. Quiet. Close to strip . Plenty of Room.

Ken was very responsive which made it easy if anything came up. The house was in a great location, about 8-10 min to strip, great little grocery store you can walk to for fresh bakery items every morning. House is very clean and set up quite well. We were able to go to Walmart for groceries just down the road. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. I would definitely book this place again.

The place was amazing and in a great location. The host had amazing communication and was willing to help us out with early check in which was very appreciated. 100% recommend this as you next large group booking.

The house as a whole was clean but to the standard that I expected after paying an extra 100 to get in early. There was clean but dirtyand dingy looking white towels and face clothes left for us, empty bottles of advertised body washes and shampoo bottles, the shower in the master had build up of conditioner and men’s shower gel running down the walls, windowsills on the pool area were layered in dust, expected a working hot tub which looked like it was broken for awhile due the condition of the spa low water and a broken piece on top of the unit. 1 low air floater with no pump, no light s for the pool at night. These things were advertised with no mention of things not running. The location of the home is not in a good neighborhood. It was a good location to the airport and the the Univ. of Las Vegas where the event was but I can not recommend this as a high rated place to stay. Sorry but I reached out to the owner showing disappointment but received no response.

Great proximity! Spacious and the pool and pool table were just what we needed to hang out and have fun!

Convenient, comfortable, pool is very nice. It is close to the strip and many other stores. Absolutely recommend to stay!

The only down fall is that it does not sleep 10 people rather it sleeps 4 couples, two singles and an air mattress for one or two and this isn’t listed on the website. The description could be more straight forward. I booked this for a group of guys having a reunion. I wouldn’t rebook for this group. I would book for a small family trip or a smaller group of people. Overall- the stay was fine.

Ken was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. Location was great! We were able to easily commute to the strip for the shows and shopping and then escape to the quiet neighborhood to get some rest. Loved using the pool and pool table.

Great location, accurate listing, friendly host

We had a lovely time, would stay here again on my next vegas trip. Plenty of room for people to stay, short uber/taxi to the strip / fremont street, nice backyard for grilling and hanging out with a good view of the Vegas skyline. Kenny the host was very helpful and communicative whenever we needed anything.

Ken was a very receptive owner. When we were having trouble with the TV, he personally came to the place and fixed it. Location is good. Very walkable neighborhood. Great Mexican restaurant around the corner. The house could use some activities, (cards, puzzles etc)

The location was relatively close to the strip, but the neighborhood could be better. The house was generally clean, though some dust was noticed on the floor and beds. A deep clean of all the bedding would be appreciated. The bathroom fan is quite noisy, and a fresh interior paint job could significantly enhance the overall experience. The guest bedroom downstairs is extremely cold as there is no heating in that room.

Clean property. Mattress felt really good. Great location next to great restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

Great home just as described

The house was perfect for our stay! Great location near the convention center and close to the strip. The house had everything we could possibly need ready for us on arrival. We loved the view of the strip from the backyard! Ken, the owner, communicated with us very well and had reasonable expectations. Our only regret is that we were so busy working we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool!

The place was nice and clean. The house was big and we enjoy the pool. I would go back again.

This house checked all of our boxes. The pool was perfect for beating the summer heat and relaxing. Good sized bedrooms with plenty of common area to hang out. Ken is a very accommodating and responsive host. We would definitely book this house again.

We stayed four days and had a great time. There was plenty of space for the family and we loved the pool. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Also, it was located near the strip and downtown for easy access to both. The host was very responsive to our questions and requests. Would certainly stay here again!

We enjoyed the property and its proximity to the strip and the sphere. It had everything we needed and the pool table, pool and multiple TVs provided plenty of entertainment options

House was very nice in a quiet neighborhood, but not far from the strip. House was well stocked with everything we needed.

Hosts were super attentive and helpful before and during the stay. The house is the same as described in photos, definitely would recommend!
