The rooftop deck is the best seat in the house to view the fireworks show at Brengle Park! Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Chef's kitchen opens to the family room w/ 3 sets of French doors connecting to the spacious pool deck & multiple seating areas. Large game room with pool table & foosball & roof top deck to watch the sunsetand sunrise. Sprawling yard with fruit trees on a private cul-de-sac street. The property is tucked away in a hilltop area of Vista on a private road with neighboring estate properties and a winery within walking distance.

As you enter the house through the front door, the game room is to the right. It includes a foosball table, a pool table, a 55 inch smart TV, and couch seating. From the front door to the left, you’ll find the dining room, the kitchen, which opens up to a large sunny living room with a 55 inch smart TV, couch seating, an office area, and three sets of French doors with access to the east, west, and north-facing patios. From the north and east-facing French doors you will access the patio and pool areas. Also on the ground level floor are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry room.

As you walk up the staircase, there is access on the right to the rooftop deck. Also, on the second floor there are two bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. The master suite features a panoramic view of the skyline, cityscape, and ocean. You can also watch a movie on the 43 inch smart TV.

There is a $50/day fee to heat the pool during the months of July and August. It’s $100/day during of the months of November through March. All other months are $75/day. There is a 3 day minimum. This is due to high natural gas costs at this time. Guests who wish to heat the pool, please let us know shortly before your arrival. Please do not touch pool equipment. It can result in very costly repairs. The pool heats from 8:30am-4pm. The pool will not heat while the hot tub is in use.

The first hour in the hot tub daily will be complimentary. Each additional hour of use will be $20 per hour or $20 per use (if used less than an hour).

Pets are allowed. There is a $30/day pet fee.

The property manager will be available during your stay should you need anything, have questions or suggestions, or would like a recommendation.
