Extremely well appointed, modern amenities and wonderfully situated only a short walk from the beach and shops. Looking forward to my next stay at skyes beach house!

Stayed Dec 9, 2025Property catered from young to old very well. Parents could relax and feel safe to let kids play as there was trampoline and play equipment with locked gates . Adults enjoyed their quite time and own time and space was great for our extended family trip.

Stayed Dec 5, 2025This house was fantastic! We held a work Christmas party here for 20 people for two nights. The house was comfortable for everyone and had everything we needed. Great location across the road from the beach with a very cool playground and very scenic walking/running track at the end of the beach along the coast. Conveniently located near a foodworks, restaurant and takeaway. Everything at the house was exactly as described, clean, great condition, good instructions and communication with the managers of the property even returning a phone call at 7pm at night to answer a question for us. They were lovely to deal with during the booking process and while staying at the house. We made use of all the facilities including sauna, spa and games room. Nice big entertaining undercover decks near the bbq and pizza oven where we could see the outdoor TV and watch the cricket during the day and we also used the screen for a trivia night one night. This would be a great house for a group of friends, an extended family or work group and there was also lots of activities for kids and adults. Highly recommend this property and we would definitely book again! Thanks for a great weekend!

Stayed Sep 30, 2025A house with all amenities and facilities to entertain kids, youngsters and adults. Close to the beach, playground and park. A lot of resources for kids to enjoy including big trampoline, game activities, arcade etc. Spa and Sauna is an excellent option to relax and the house has a large deck where to sit back and enjoy the nature. The kitchen equipped with coffee machines and all the necessary utensils to use including BBQ in the backyard. Even its pets friendly, the property was exceptionally clean and tidy. Highly recommendable and will return again.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025My family and I, grandparents, parents, teenagers and little kids all had a great stay. Facilities were great, with lots of special touches, like the sauna and jacuzzi, and games room and an endless supply of wood for the fireplace. We used the bbq every day, and my brothers were even tempted to use the smoker. Perfect location, shops, beach and playground literally across the road. Scott was super helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Apr 7, 2025We had an amazing family getaway at this coastal retreat! The new spa and sauna addition were a total highlight — such a relaxing touch that made the whole stay feel like a proper escape. The newly added games room was a huge win for everyone — the pinball machine and Daytona setup kept both the kids and adults entertained for hours. It really added an extra layer of fun to the trip and meant there was always something to do, even on a rainy afternoon. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the local beach, which made beach visits super convenient and stress-free. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a fun and relaxing coastal break. We'd absolutely love to come back!
