This booking was cancelled. We had bought the cancellation insurance but have not received a refund as of yet. The place was not large enough to house two adults and a child. I am over 80 and was confused by the fact that it said children were welcome, not realizing that the child had to be one of the two it was rented for. Sylvia

Small room but enough for one or two people. Very cozy and comfortable

The shower was very dirty and at 11:00 PM there was a lot of noise coming from the owners upstairs. The unit is hidden in the corner of the backyard and its exterior is not very appealing. Worst guest house i have ever stayed in. Will never stay there again.

Absolutely nothing good to say about this place, its a tiny bedroom with a bathroom tucked behind a run down 1970s home with a busted BBQ and broken down truck in the driveway. Instructions to get in did not mention use the gate across the lawn not the one in the driveway thats clearly visible. Upon entry the heat being set to 33 degrees on a summer day was absolutely horrendous. The bathroom floor and shower were disgusting and we were left with 1/3rd of a roll of toilet paper for 2 nights. Highly not recommended.

It’s perfect for sleeping, but there’s no TV or space to hang out and relax, as it’s just a room. If you need quiet, be aware that upstairs sounds carry and it can be quite noisy at times. The shower is awesome and the room super clean and comfy. Hosts are great, very friendly and helpful. If you just need a place to crash this is it!

This offering is located at a dead-end street with no traffic and lots of trees. General impression is a lovely room, very tastefully decorated and fresh/clean. The only drawback was that the toilet bowl needed a cleaning. I think it had not been used in a while as there was pink mould around the water line. You can also clearly hear the hosts walking and talking above you (I could not distinguish words, just that they were talking). But it was quiet around 10PM so that was good. Centrally located in Maple Ridge, being a bonus.

We’re from America and stayed here for a few days during our trip and had a great time! Very private and clean. And although it’s a little small it was perfect for just the two of us!
