Stayed Feb 20, 2023Kelsy was wonderful to work with and was responsive. This home was very clean and organized. The beds were all super comfortable; so much so, that I asked for mattress info so I could check into getting them for my home. The kitchen was very well organized and very clean. Most times, I feel I need to run all dishes through the dishwasher before use, but I didn't feel that way here. We were there for two weeks (Feb 20-Mar 6). We really enjoyed walking to the public access pier on the canal and having an evening cocktail before dinner. The weather was perfect. This is an older neighborhood with very friendly homeowners and other vacationers. I felt very safe here. The beach was a short walk with parking available if you don't want to walk. Please note, dogs aren't allowed on the beach ever. There wasn't much traffic in the neighborhood so it was easy to walk our dog around the neighborhood for exercise. There was hardly no one on the beach during Feb but come Mar spring break, it was crazy but even so, this end of the beach seemed to be mostly families. Traffic in Panama City was heavy so take that into consideration when booking. Thanks Kelsy for hosting us!

Stayed Jan 7, 2023What a fantastic time we had visiting Panama City Beach. The house was very clean and matched the pictures on the website. We loved the location, within walking distance to several restaurants, bars and that beautiful beach. Great accommodations!! Kelsy was a wonderful host and readily available when I needed to contact her. We can't wait to return.

Stayed Sep 2, 2022The beach home was beautiful, clean and cozy. My family and I had a wonderful stay and loved the neighborhood and the short walk to the beach. I liked the fact that I was able sit out on the patio with my puppy and he was able to walk around inside of the fenced area which was a bonus in keeping him near and safe. The owner was available when I needed her and I appreciated that as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we will definitely come back for another visit!!

Stayed Jul 24, 2022This property was very nice and clean inside. Kitchen was nicely stocked with had everything you needed. It had all the basics like toilet paper, trash bags, dish detergent etc. to get you started. Liked the location- close enough to the beach and in a less crowded area of Panama City Beach. Was staying here for a baseball tournament and only 15 minutes away to Publix Sports Parks.
