Clean and as described, but worst experience I've had with a reservation. The texted instructions that were sent didn't include condo number- just the address to the garage and a list of numbers with no clear explanation on how to use them. When I reached out no one could tell me where the condo was except on the 2nd floor. After several searches we found the number on our own, but it was NOT clear or easy to find. There were no directions/map to the pool or hot tubs that were in a whole other building across the street- again we had to call. A simple map in the condo would solve that problem. The blinds in the main bedroom are missing several slats and there is a fan that randomly kicks on and off day and night- this was a complaint another customer had 2 years ago that clearly hasn't been addresses. The main bed was very uncomfortable and the top floor was very hot. Silly complaint but all the painting were crooked. Note for future family stays, there is a random closet looking door on the top floor that opens to the hall way on the floor above. We didn't know this and our little ones decided to explore in the middle of the night. A sign, sticker or some kind of warning would save everyone that problem.

We had a good family visit over Thanksgiving. This is a nice unit that is well maintained. It is well situated. The snow wasn’t there yet but that’s not the condo’s fault.

This was our first time in Park City and we were very happy with the condo. It was in a great location and was advertised perfectly. It fit our family of four with room to spare and I was appreciative for how clean and up to date the unit was. We will definitely come back again.

Cons:- first and foremost, this was previously mentioned, but the upstairs loft area with the bunk beds has a door that leads to the hallway a floor above. Nothing to warn parents of this, very concerning. There is a deadlock, but can easily be opened by curious little ones. -Decent location but the immediate walking area was very desolate. Lots of closed places (but we visited in the summer). - a true pain to locate the actual unit!! The arrival instructions are almost not helpful at all. The number to call just read what was in the email……- the main bedroom desperately needs new privacy blinds or curtains. You can see right through the slats (into the bathroom area!) even when they are closed. This was also previously mentioned by other guests :(- very delayed response from whoever owns/runs the property. Pros:- free covered parking for one vehicle. - the unit is beautiful and VERY clean. - lots of towels, blankets, and eating items. - can easily walk to the cute old town busy area, but not idea for little ones (it is a little hike). - nice pool, hot tub, and gym. - beautiful views and location (location is likely way better in the winter).

This was our second year at the property, and we love it. The location can't be beat, the furnishings are updated, and the place is clean and well furnished. Our only - very small - request would be for blinds in the living area. But that is a very minor suggestion for a terrific place!

Vacasa is not a good experience. Little amenities are lacking. Not a single box of tissues. No salt and pepper. Two of three TV's dont work. Vacasa ghosted on solving the TV issue. The location is perfect.

Great location and bus service is right at your door if you do not have a car. The place was clean and plenty of towels, etc... It would be nice if they had a little booklet of restaurants and other local and condo stuff.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and functional. The location was perfect! The elevator from the parking garage wasn't working, but the unit wasn't too far from where we were able to park, so it wasn't bad. The hot tub in our building also wasn't open, which was a bummer, but overall not a huge deal. We would definitely stay here again.
