Kirsten was a fabulous host. She was already checking in to see if the house met our expectations before we had arrived. She was highly available our entire stay. The house was fabulous. The kitchen was stocked beyond expectations and the espresso machine was a huge hit! We lived in the spacious den and porch. Sitting on the porch couch or in the hot tub taking in the views was divine! The house was convenient to town as well as the many hiking trails in the area. It is truly better than the pictures. We would love to come back!
A beautiful, clean and welcoming property. High quality furnishings and everything that you possibly need. Proprietor is very responsive and easy to work with. The views from the house are magnificent. Highly recommend this property.
I have been coming to Montana for 35 years (my family has a home in the village). That last five years we started renting another home for extra family to join and this property, hands down, has been our favorite. It was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own space, the little home attached to the garage was ideal, kitchen was so well equipped (we ate most meals in) and the basketball hoop was perfect for our kids and their significant others. Can not say enough good things about this home - awesome location (five min to town) but tucked away in the mountains with beautiful views. We were welcomed with Peony flowers and it came well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. Awesome job!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
After choosing Big Sky and Yellowstone as our family trip destination, we focused on choosing a home that would meet our needs in terms of : 1) space for 4 adult couples and a 2 year old, 2) a large kitchen, 3) exercise equipment and a hot tub. The house exceeded our expectations. In terms of space, we had the main house with 3 bedroom/bath setups with privacy for each couple. Additionally, the detached building was a wonderful setup for my son's family with their two year old. The kitchen was large and very well equipped for cooking to include table seating for the 9 of us. After dinner, the table lent itself well to our family games. The outside deck off the kitchen/livingroom was very comfortable with outdoor seating/firetable and the hot tub on the deck. The views of the mountain were fabulous. Additionally we were treated to visits from an elk and deer. Personally, I was able to make use of the exercise equipment in the lower level every morning which was a must for me. Other noteworthy features: comfortable beds, nice towels, mini toiletries, large laundry room, and beautiful decor. Lastly, the owner Kirsten, was timely in her response to my questions (of which their were many). She went out of her way to provide recommendations for our trip in terms of service providers, activities , restaurants etc. This was above and beyond her role. And I was appreciative. I would highly recommend this property, and I would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to Big Sky.
We stayed with 2 families during Skiweek. The house is absolutely impeccable i.e. spacious, clean, and incredibly well stocked (from gym, to games, books, kitchen, etc etc). Kirsten is fantastic to work with. Whilst not a ski in/out, I would still highly recommend and look forward to a possible next stay.
Our group traveled to Big Sky, MT for the first time over New Years 2021/22! What a great town, our property manager/owner had great knowledge about the area and suggested and contacted a few restaurants for us, we even had a private chef (fantastic group) come cook for us one night! The house was well appointed, cozy, comfortable and in a great location. We spent a couple days at Big Sky Ski Resort, one day touring Yellowstone and spent the rest of the time checking out the local area and relaxing in the house. The heated bathroom floors and the large sectional around the fireplace were two of my favorite things about this house! The outdoor jacuzzi was a great addition to relax before bed: Would definitely recommend for a group traveling to Big Sky Area.
