Come and enjoy the largest private trailside property in Killington (almost 4 acres), with more convenience and value than large house rentals and more privacy than condo villages. The direct ski on/off is the easiest you'll find in Killington. Quiet and serene, the mature New England Evergreens and gentle mountain stream are a tranquil relief. An ideal ski in ski out or any season vacation getaway. Great Eastern is the longest green run in the East. Welcome to Spruce Glen!

New refurbishments include air conditioning, master bath, kitchen appliances and granite, living room furniture, flooring, exterior, streaming TV, decor, bunk bed, luxury king memory foam bedding and more.

I also have a personal site at GoSlopeside with all of my listings.

The home features gigabit fiber internet, fast WiFi and is well suited to remote work & zoom. YouTube TV is provided for cable television. Indoor pool, gym, hot tubs available nearby, inquire for details.

As the largest, private, true ski on/off property in Killington, Spruce Glen offers a rare and much sought Vermont vacation experience! A carefully planned 4 townhome retreat on 4 acres of private wooded lands with 200 feet of direct frontage to the famous Great Eastern Trail! Ski out the back door to the Skyeship Gondola (once the longest ski Gondola in the world) and access all of Killington's six mountains. Avoid the shuttles, base lodges and parking & ski home for lunch while enjoying easy access to town and evening activities. Few properties offer such direct access to the trail while still providing a private, yet convenient, mountain getaway.

This rental is dog friendly, see Townhome A or B listing for a non pet option. A $50 to $90 pet fee may apply. We can accommodate 2 - 24 guests at Spruce Glen. Inquire for details.

Each townhome sleeps 6 guests and features gas fireplace, Free Wifi, sauna, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, washer/dryer, king bed, three twin beds.

Spruce Glen is centrally and conveniently located between main base lodges and Bear Mountain. The Skyeship gondola is generally available (weather permitting) for ski on/off access from mid December through early April. Great Eastern is an easy green trail and classic New England ski run. During the shoulder seasons, its under 1 mile to Bear Mountain Lifts or 2.5 miles to Snowshed.

The unit was well maintained and very comfortable for a family. The fact that was pet-friendly made it a home run!

Walk out door and go down slopes with kids. Exactly as advertised. Can not get better than that.

Right on Great Eastern trail so it was fun to ski down to the lift. The place was a little small for 5 adults and a dog but location was great. The renters in the 3 other units were friendly and added to the fun atmosphere. . 5 minutes drive to restaurants . Need better towels

Nice and clean and great location right off the trail. It’s a little small as advertised and it’s really one full bath and a half. But perfect for a single family. Clean and modern and will stay again!

There was no natural snow for our day of skiing, but the ski on/off trail was open thankfully for our use and the location on the trail is great. If we had stayed one more day, we would have actually been able to ski up to the back door since it snowed 9 that night. The power went out with the snowstorm that night and the owner was very responsive to our questions about the carbon monoxide alarm going off due to the power outage. This condo is overpriced for its condition and you are definitely paying for location. It needed a good deep cleaning with visible cobwebs in corners and kitchen cabinets that were filthy inside. I had to wash any kitchen utensil or pot/pan before using and could only find one small skillet I was willing to use that didn't look like a health hazard with all of the nonstick coating peeling off of it. There were also holes in the downstairs bathroom ceiling and walls waiting on repair and a dryer exhaust hose that was not connected to anything. With the number of people the place can sleep, there was a definite mismatch with only four seats at the kitchen table and only 2 mugs available. A sponge/dishrag was not provided for washing dishing (thankfully I had brought one) and the kitchen also needed additional towels for drying dishes. Skis and poles can be kept outside the back door, but there was nowhere inside to hang snowpants/ski accessories to dry. There needs to be more hooks in bathrooms as well for hanging towels.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house is super convenient to the slopes so it was nice to stop in for lunch and a break each day. The beds were comfortable, the house was pretty clean, and the house had everything we needed. Property manager was very responsive when we needed anything. Only three things to note that were a concern. We stayed in Unit D, which is a pet friendly unit. We don't have a dog, but because it is a pet friendly unit, you can expect to find dog hair on the couch and beds. Also, the pictures show a sauna, but there isn't one on site. And lastly, the driveway is not paved, so when it rains it gets really muddy. And when it snows the plows are not easily able to clear the snow. I would recommend 4wd vehicle if you go in the winter. Overall we would stay again, but would ask to stay in Unit A or B which are pet free units.

The unit is right on the Great Eastern Trail. Couldn't ask for better ski in/ ski out place.
