Stayed Dec 23, 2016The home owner went above and beyond my expectations for my stay. He informed us of a major incoming storm the night before our trip, which helped my entire party arrive safely. The owner also decorated the entire cabin for our xmas trip, which really helped get everyone in the holiday spirit. The home owner greeted us at the door and gave us a thorough tour of the cabin and all of it's amenities, which there are many. The owner was nice enough to stop by on xmas eve and help us figure out the dishwasher so that we could have enough dishes for our family dinner. The location is fantastic! 15 minutes to all the casinos, minutes from ski resorts, minutes from groceries, walking distance to the lake, and lots of food options. It was an amazing family vacation, and we all got a chance to experience our first white xmas. My only slight complaint would be that they have this amazingly large tub downstairs that I wanted to soak in but couldn't get the tub to fill even half way with enough hot water, but we always seemed to have enough hot water for 8 people to shower.
