This townhome is also a short distance from Pocono State Park, which includes picturesque land within parts of eastern Pennsylvania, as well as parts of New York and New Jersey. Should you find yourself at the base of the mountain, you'll be just 15 minutes from Mount Airy Casino and close to fantastic restaurants, shopping centers, golfing, and auto-racing attractions. The house is stocked with one roll of paper towel, two roll of toilet paper. Please remember to pick up more from the nearby supermarkets when you’re doing your shopping if you are thinking about spending more time inside the house.
The cleaning crew does not clean the outdoor bbq grill thus please pardon the appearance if the previous guests have left it in a messy condition.

•Guest are responsible to clean BBQ grill prior to using and after using(please bring your own propane gas tank with fuels and long lighter to use BBQ Grill)
• Family and guests/friends of family only. NO PARTIES or events please.
• Please turn all lights off, turn all heat thermostats to 55 degrees during winter, close all window/doors, turn off the ac in the summer time, and unplug kitchen appliances upon checking out.
• Please leave all skiing & boarding equipments in the outside closet on the left before front entrance door to prevent damaging the floor.
• Please take off your shoes in the house.
• Please do not use bath towels/linens outdoor as they become soiled and extremely hard to clean.
• Please tidy up any remaining food waste/garbage to prevent foul smell from developing. Please leave all trash in garbage bags and leave them in the trash cans or next to them if you can't fit everything inside. Upon check out, please bring all trash down to the trash compactor by gate.
• Please kindly treat this home with respect
• Please DO NOT flush anything else except TOILET PAPER to avoid Floods.
• Guests are responsible for any citation during your stay so please follow community rules to avoid any fines.
1. Please note parking is not allowed in front of the unit's stairway and no parallel parking.
2. NO TRASH, on the front decks. Wild life is abound!
3.FIREWORKS are PROHIBITED, meaning NO FIREWORKS on Village property.
4.PARKING PERMITS MUST, be clearly displayed. We recommend the hanging it on the rear view mirror or at the very least the Dash Board clearly in site.
5.COMPACTOR Throw the trash in and close the door within 15 seconds.
6.Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am- please be courteous to nearby neighbors and not be loud outdoor and late at night as this property is a attached townhouse.

Great location for skiing and snow tubing. Kids enjoyed the community amenities- especially the pool and hot tub. Moms had a nice time shopping at the outlets conveniently located near by. Overall great family gateway- we just wished to plan more outdoors activities ahead of time- many things we sold out and not available by the time we check in… the condo was clean and welcoming. Our family had a nice time! Thank you
It was perfect for ski weekend. Location was excellent and communication was great. We were able to keep car parked there after check out which was a huge convenience. Will be back.
We chose this property for a family ski vacation. We loved that it was “ski in and ski out”, it was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. We had 3 vehicles. 2 parked at the unit, one parked in the overflow lot at the security gate. This was not an issue at all. As another guest mentioned in a review… the unit is not at parking lot level. The unit sits below parking level. Once parked, you must proceed down a flight of stairs and down a sidewalk. It may be difficult for anyone with small children/strollers or anyone with mobility issues. The ski in/ out access: you will be walking up the flight of stairs from the unit to the parking level, exiting the parking lot and a short walk down the street (downhill) to a cul de sac where the ski in/out access is located. Yes, it’s a 3 minute walk, but keep in mind you’re going uphill with gear, kids etc. My older kids were fine, but not the younger. The kitchen was clean and well stocked , but lacked any area to store your food. This is a lovely kitchen with a huge island to gather, but unfortunately, we had to put all of our dry goods on the island and countertop. Perhaps some floating shelving or closet space could be a thought for extra storage?? Especially since there are no upper cabinets. We enjoyed the open living concept and it had plenty of space for us. Bedrooms were comfortable and we were happy to have a comfy bed after a busy day. Our kids stayed in the lower bedrooms. It was nice they had their own level and a shared bathroom. My husband and I had the upstairs bedroom which is truly a loft. It is open to the living room below. It does have some blinds for privacy. This was not an issue for us. It was also nice having a bathroom upstairs. This room would benefit from a luggage stand or bench at the bottom of the bed. Because it’s a loft, there is no space for a dresser, and no available closet for guest use. We had to leave our luggage at the foot of the bed on the floor. It wasn’t ideal, but we made it work. Sun is easy to communicate with and responds to any inquiry in a timely fashion. Upon arrival, I realized there were no washcloths for us. I messaged her to let her know. She responded quickly. Unfortunately, washcloths are not provided. Towels only. So make sure you pack your own! Overall, we had a great stay. This unit met our needs and we had a great family vacation. Thank you Sun!
This is our second time renting sun’s property at camelback. The townhouse is as advertised, a short walk to the slopes, clean and updated.
We were looking for an alternative to staying at the resort so we could share a space with friends. Two families with kids fit comfortably. The only reason I rated the accuracy of the listing at a 3 is because we didn’t know the property wasn’t street level until we received check in information.
So we rented this space because it was ‘ski on ski off’ and stayed for three days/two nights. It was never said that we could not park at the location until after check in at 4pm, and had to leave with the car by 11am check out day. So this was very upsetting because it defeated the whole purpose of choosing this location and having to use our car to get to and from the mountain. We came early Wednesday morning to ski for the day and could not park the car; we didn’t need to get inside the house, just use the space. Also, the heat in the main area of the house did not work and was very cold. The heat worked in the bedrooms, but when having our meals and relaxing it was uncomfortable how cold it was. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a lot of fun when we were able to get into the mountain from our townhouse and was very clean and spacious!
The house is very close Camelback! Clean, gas everything at the kitchen! Just a little confuse to check in with the office! The communication with the owner is perfect!
We had a wonderful trip staying at this townhouse. It was clean, comfortable and convenient to the mountain and restaurants. Our kids enjoyed their first ski experience at this lovely spot and are asking when we are going back!
Our accommodations were lovely... once we were inside. The walkway TO the property was not shoveled out very well and was uneven and slippery. The property is listed as “ski-in/ski out” and it is most definitely NOT that. We had to drive to resort and pay to park each day. Otherwise the home was well maintained, clean, and fully stocked for all of our needs.
Short walk and easy access to the slopes(perhaps not for a novice skier). Plenty of space back at the condo for everyone to relax after a day of skiing.
