Stayed Mar 5, 2025This property is just up the hill from Snoflake lift and easy to get on the mountain. To get back though, there are three LONG flats that are hard for skiers and murder for snowboarders. It's more like a hike. Additionally, we've stayed in other very similar condos in the area and this one is on the older side (the tap of the kitchen sink was completely loose), not as well equipped as others, and generally not as nice. It's not a bad property and we had a good stay but for the money we expected a bit more. The killer that will make us not stay here again was the ski in situation.

Stayed Feb 23, 2025Location was perfect for someone looking for ski in/ out. The place had a lot of space to spread out for five guys. Heated garage to store gear coming off mountain. Place needs some TLC, all the faucets leaked, kitchen faucet broken (place was aware, parts on order), fire suppression system was leaking down walls in several places, coffee pot should be replaced. Little surprised with the small things that needed fixing for how much this place cost.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024Property is exactly as described. Just close enough to main street and far enough away so you still feel like you're just in the mountains. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Breck!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024We had a great stay at this property! The only downside is there are 2 parking spots. Half of the group had to go to a parking lot and then get a ride back to the property. Other then that is was a great stay!
