    The house is beautiful with plenty of space for family of 7 to spread out. Well stocked kitchen!The negatives included 1) lack of directions as to which garage to choose fo parking, so we drove up / down the wrong garage then couldn’t get out; 2) we were a known late arrival but the codes emailed to us did not permit access to the home OR the lockbox key station. Fortunately someone answered the emergency line at 1am and provided a new code to get indoors! We never actually did get the right codes (no one called in AM as promised). 3) NO SNOW at Canyons during our visit, so this condo complex does not function as “ski in /ski out” as advertised. The trail was also roped off to the Apex Residences due to no snowfall. Long walk up/down the mountain road with equipment to/from the gondola! Hopefully Mother Nature offers snow soon for anyone coming in late February!

    We had a pleasant stay overall—the property was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing. However, the check‑in and check‑out times were a real frustration. Hotels typically offer a 3 PM check‑in and a 12 PM check‑out, but this VRBO requires a 4 PM check‑in and a 10 AM check‑out. They're happy to take your money if you want to check in or check out at a reasonable time, however.Great property, but the rigid timing policy would make me think twice before booking again.
