One of the greatest perks of this three-story, ski-in/out townhouse is the location! You can walk out the door and get on the slopes in the blink of an eye! You will be three doors from the ski slopes at Camelback Resort. Not to mention, you can have some fun away from the slopes with the shared pool, hot tub, and tennis courts on-site! This family-friendly retreat offers a nice and well-equipped living area with a woodstove, partial air-conditioning, a large smart TV to stream your favorite series and movies, and a small deck with a gas BBQ to watch the skiers. The full, eat-in kitchen has all the appliances needed to prepare tasty meals and snacks, especially after a fun-filled day on the slopes. The Keurig coffee maker is a great addition according to coffee enthusiasts. Two bedrooms can be found on the first level of the home along with a laundry room and a full bathroom. The third floor features a nice and secluded sleeping area with a comfortable bed and an en suite full bathroom. This is a great vacation home and boasts a great location close to all major attractions the Poconos has to offer!

My husband, myself and 19 year old granddaughter had a fantastic 2 days of skiing! The condo was very clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back again!
Easy access to home was clean
The home was nice. Great location & the space was remarkable! The things I did not like was the pool closing at 4:30 it doesn’t tell you before booking and check in is at 4 the kids couldn’t swim much because you go out during the day then have no time to return and swim because they are closed. Cleanliness the grill and the oven were dirty everything else was great Cleaning wise. They also provided bags and paper towels (which they didn’t need to) we already came prepared but if you’re not - take your own as well just because it wasn’t enough. I would definitely book again but please speak up about the pool hours.
The location and the size of the home was great but as soon as we walked in there was a musky smell. In the bigger bedroom downstairs it smelled like someone sprayed axe to cover up musk which made it smell worse. The frame of the bed was filled with dust and dirt. The shower had black marks in the white tub that we couldn’t wash down. The closet had dirty linens wrapped in a ball on the floor. The ac in the living room was great and powerful but didn’t reach the downstairs. There were fans in the downstairs bedrooms but it wasn’t enough to not wake up sweating. I messaged the host six days before check in about whether they had a pack and play (they don’t) and other questions and only got a response as I was already in the property. Again the location was great but the home needs upkeep. Other than this check in and check out was pretty easy.
Dirty, not well maintained. Owner needs to repair many items in the villa. It’s a bad representation of the company that is renting out the villa’s.

I am used to booking with VRBO and having the ability to communicate with the property owner directly. This is a booking through Vacasa, so you are communicating with customer service. When we first entered and hung one coat on a seven prong coat rack, the coat rack fell off the wall. I reached out to the contact number and was told I would hear back, but never did. I also reached out about late check-out (wanted to stay until 11AM versus 10AM) and they were unable to give me an answer. I find renting directly from the owner to be easier.
First ski trip of 2023. Unit was clean, in order, great communication with manager. Perfect location to the slope. Looking forward to renting again
Cozy condo, very well set up with essentials (trash bags, soap, dishwasher tabs, etc). Beds were comfortable and linens/towels were provided. Check in was easy but we’ve stayed in the neighborhood before and are familiar with the security check in. Don’t be fooled by the lockbox on the exterior! The code provided is for the door handle. This unit was the 3rd condo in from the slopes. Unfortunately there was not enough snow for ski on/off access this weekend, but that’s just luck of the draw with the weather. The pool no longer requires reservations but hours were limited (12-4:30 on weekdays). We would definitely recommend this unit.
The townhouse was roomy, clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the towels and bed linens super clean. We really loved the location and convenience. The only downside were the TV’s. None of them worked and when you have little ones that have been running all day it was so disappointing not to have TV down time. It was my only complaint for the actual unit rented and it is a big one. You have to get that fixed. My only other complaint was HOA building that housed the pool and rec rooms. It was so filthy. The pool had globs of hair floating in the water, so much so that my little one had her that wasn’t hers in her bathing suit when we got home to shower. Gross! Also the basketball area is housed in a really dirty dome. There was glasses everywhere, the floor was sticky and their were a few sightings of bugs. Overall we had an amazing time and the unit we rented, I highly recommend! The management team were helpful and easy to contact and even allowed us a bit of a late checkout. If they get the TV’s fixed I wouldn’t hesitate to rent my unit again.
Very spacious, cozy layout and perfect location off the slopes. They provided us with all the amenities we needed including roku, keurig, extra towels, hand soap, etc. We would definitely book here again
Perfect multi seasonal condo. Very convenient to all. Beds are comfortable and sleeps 6 with room to spare. Could use a little fixing and updating but all in all a great value.
