HOUSE RULES

Please enjoy the house and follow these house rules.

No Pets: No pets are allowed in or around the house at any time.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in or around the house at any time.

Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 9 people are allowed to be in the house at any time. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at any time in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.

No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted, and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. An adult must be always present in the house when the property is occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exist for children.

Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed, and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including but not limited to roof snow and icicles.

No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to always have a responsible adult present while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.

No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.

Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.

Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all guests to research and purchase third-party travel insurance, especially to include cancel for any reason travel insurance, that covers whatever concerns you may have or that you would like to be covered in case you have to change or cancel your trip, at a time when the cancellation policy you have accepted would only provide partial or no refunds.

    We loved our stay here! Our family of 6 came here for Christmas, and it was our first ski trip since moving to America from the French Alps two years ago, so the rustic-chic chalet style was perfect, almost like being back home. Extremely well stocked, a fantastic location close to the slopes and just a quick hop over to Main Street or the markets. Bo was very communicative and super helpful... can't say enough great things. 5 stars all the way!

    Fantastic location in the Silver Star area - walk to the Silver Star lift, Silver Star cafe, and step right onto the popular Armstrong Trail in the warmer months. Family enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the balcony overlooking the Park City golf course. Amazing sunrises too.

    The house was very roomy and well appointed. Easy walk to lift and fun ski down at end of the day on the liggety split trail. Bus service to town was easy. Hot tub was very nice and welcome at the end of the day.

    Clean and great location!Upstairs master is huge, but the downstairs bedrooms, especially for two adults is tight. The shower on the main floor is also very tight. Just something to note if you have any larger stature adults on the trip. But otherwise the location was great, quick walk to a lift, but no easy access to beginner slopes.

    We really enjoyed our stay - the property was beautiful and well maintained. Bo was fantastic to work with and he answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had. Really a great property with lots of room to enjoy. Neighborhood is very nice as well. Only thing you should note is this isn’t the best property for small children. Lots of stairs you’ll need to manage. We simply put chairs in front of them which worked fine. Great property and property manager!
