Ski-In, Ski-Out on Park City's 'Gold Coast' - Private Hot Tub - Walk to Dining

my husband and I have been skiing with our children since they were toddlers. Now they’re grown adults joining us to ski with their ones. We’re always looking for a place that can accommodate us all that is comfortable with easy accessibility to the ski hill. Some of us get up early some, sleep in, some of us ski, some of a snowboard. tThis was the ideal location right on the ski hill. Short walk to town where we could get food entertainment. Spacious luxury accommodation.

House is in a great location with a short walk to Main St and access to Town Lift. Plenty of room for family of 6 and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Very nice home. Older renovation but everything is still great. You cannot beat the location. Ski in ski out. Walk to downtown.

Location was great and if the conditions were better it'd truly have been ski-in / out. Easy access to the downtown area, restaurants, etc. The layout of the bedrooms was a little funky but it did the trick.

We had a great stay in Park City. The property was as listed and photographed. In terms of the actual rental it could do with some updates. Hard water scum buildup, pillows could be updated, general wear. Good accommodation and well equipped kitchen. The sitting room is tight for a group of 7 adults… only 2 two seater sofas. Location was great for town, shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately the ski trail was not open, apparently unusual for this time of year. Thankfully we rented from the town lift rentals and could leave our skis there in valet. Was a tough walk up the hill back to the house after a day on the mountain. This is a solid rental, we had a great time. Needs some cosmetic updates and for skiing in/out some good snow fall.

It snowed like crazy and it was perfect that we we’re literally steps from the slopes. Perfect location!!!!

Great location for skiing and downtown; nice house

We, along with our four children and two significant others, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Upstairs to ski and downstairs to Park Avenue, this property could not be better located. We cooked and ate every meal in the gourmet kitchen, which was stocked with every utensil and appliance we needed. As if that wasn’t enough, this is a truly beautiful home that is luxuriously appointed. We will definitely be staying here in the future!!

We loved the location and the house is charming. With a few more details it would be perfect. 1. More comfortable beds with newer, fluffier pillows 2. More cookware. (we ended up eating out due to scarcity of cookware) 3. A TV in the Master bedroom would be a plus. 4. The outdoor grill was very dirty. This is a simple fix. 5. The outdoor hot tub was not fully operational. Overall, a few more items to be looked into would be inexpensive options to make the place perfect. We would recommend it.
