Awesome location- Ski-in/ Ski-Out to TollHouse Lift*, and in summer hike, mountain bike or sit by the pool right from the front door of our stylish townhouse. This location can’t be beat, so close to the best of Stowe's skiing and hiking and biking trails, swimming holes, restaurants, craft breweries, and shopping. Please note before reading on- absolutely no parties and no pets allowed. Split level 3 bedroom (each on own floor), 2 baths, with foosball, fireplace, great table for board games by the fire, super-clean, great beds. We love staying in boutique hotels so we decorated our country home to feel like one. Beautiful setting, strong WiFi and fun space make this a perfect place to have a vacation or work-ation. Wood floors throughout with exposed beams, soaring ceilings in the main living spaces and lots of windows make this in ideal space to unwind in nature in a modern, stylish, décor. It's a flexible layout - great for a romantic weekend but also works great for groups of friends and families because each bedroom is separate and on it's own level. (note: we have enough beds to comfortably sleep 9 but that might feel a bit loud in the open plan living spaces so I list for 8. ) Primary bedroom has a king memory foam bed and ensuite bathroom, a computer desk and smart tv. Second bedroom has a queen memory foam bed and a twin daybed. Right next to it is the second bathroom. Lower level has comfortable sleeping for 4 with twin daybeds and trundles, all with memory foam mattresses. (Note: bathroom is up a small flight of stairs). This room also doubles as a family room - a great space for kids to watch movies on the smart tv/blu ray/dvd player and play games. Memory foam mattresses in all rooms have layers to achieve temperature control, and we use hypoallergenic bedding and pillows. Guests frequently tell me how much they love the beds! Bedrooms have room darkening cordless cellular shades for great sleeping-in.

Kitchen is beautifully appointed for cooks, if you decide to not go to one of the amazing local restaurants nearby. Stainless steel appliances plus microwave, french press and drip brewer for coffee, 4 slice toaster, coffee grinder, blender, enough dishes, cooking and serving pieces to enjoy dinner at home. Farmhouse table comfortably seats 10.

The adjacent open plan living area includes a cozy built-in conversation pit in front of the new, heat generating, gas fireplace. There are plenty of books for you to borrow, comfy seating for 8-10. Flick the switch and a warm fire blazes without the hassle of having to build it or put it out. The 65 inch tv with cable as well as a bluray and smart tv, can be easily rolled in front of the fireplace area for cozy movie nights. The second part of the living space has a foosball table and a place to set one of Vermont's amazing craft beers down while you play.

We have a second floor patio - a beautiful spot to look at the trees, read and have a coffee or tea. In the back is our large ground level paved patio with zero gravity recliners, long table with 6 chairs and charcoal Weber grill (before the snow comes).

A plus is the extra large shed with a lock adjacent to the mudroom to easily park your bikes, or lock up your skis. This second entrance, 'Mudroom', has space to hang your coats, store your ski accessories and your boots- rain or snow. It also has a dryer so you can dry your wet gear when you walk in.

There is also a fabulous, very large, pool (open mid June to Labor Day) with plenty of lounge chairs, grass to play on, and eating tables, about 3 minute walk down the driveway.

We love discovering great trails, swimming holes, restaurants and bars, and are happy to offer advice and recommendations. The mudroom door has a keyless lock.

Parking is outside and there is a little paved path to front door- and beautiful gardens and landscaping in the summer

Located at the base of the Toll Road and Toll House Double ski lift*, we have a prime ski in ski out location in the winter- *when there is enough snow. There is also a shuttle stop right at our entrance off rte 108 if you want to ski outside of lift operating hours or there is not enough natural snow. In the summer, hike/bike on the 50+ miles of single and double track Mountain Biking trails in Stowe, and access to all that the mountain resort and surrounding cross country and mountain bike trails have to offer. We are also .75 miles from the trailhead to famed Bingham Falls/ swimming hole, the Cross Country center and it’s vast hiking/biking trail system, and 1 mile from the trailhead to the Stowe Bike Path. Too many great restaurants, bars, breweries in close proximity to mention here, but I'm happy to offer recommendations!

* check the Stowe Mountain website for Toll House Double lift operations schedule. There are three trails to ski back home when there is enough snow- the beginner Toll Road, The Stowe Derby Trail (which goes almost to our front door) and the steep and more difficult Powerline Trail.

Cleaning Fee: $200 (if you want cleaning service during your stay it can be arranged for $200 per visit

House Rules:
-No Pets (sorry, we love furry friends, but we are absolutely not allowed by HOA regulations to have renters with pets even crated.)
-**Room for 2 cars to park tandem only (meaning one in front of the other, not side by side), and must only park in the spot designated for 5A during winter. Additional spaces available near the pool area. This is a big rule with neighbors and HOA. Don't park in another spot, not even for 5 minutes while you unload. I will be fined and I will have to pass it along to you.
-During ski season Cars must display parking pass (available for you in the unit)
-No loud parties of any kind
-No smoking of any kind.
-Renter acknowledges that there are stairs in the unit and Property is not baby/toddler proofed- there are many potential hazards if parents are not diligent like: stairs, island in the kitchen that can be pulled over, second floor patio, exposed outlets, etc.
- Only renters can use the pool area, there is no lifeguard on duty, children have to be monitored by an adult.

-No overnight sleeping on the couches in the living room.
- Recycling and compost is mandatory in VT. Please sort as you go.

Have fun!

The place was beautiful. It was big enough for our family of six. Lots of trails to walk nearby. The host was incredibly generous. We were here in the spring time and I’m looking forward to winter in the future.

The place was great for our two families of four. We were relieved that the Toll House lift opened the day we arrived thanks to some snow. Being able to ski in and out was awesome.

Property was enough room and cozy for two adults and 2 older teenagers. Ski in and out location was close to Toll house lift. Less than a minute walk to place to ski in and out to lift, so great to not need a car for the slopes. Many near by hiking trails too. We really enjoyed the area. The stay was great and clean. Host is very easy to communicate with and gives great suggestions on things to do around the area.

My friends and I rented 2 units in the neighborhood and really enjoyed it! This unit is very cozy, clean, and an easy walk to the bus stops and the Tollhouse lift. We had more than 2 cars and the host was very helpful with recommendations of what to do. There’s also a great book collection on the cozy living room. Thank you!!

It was easy to work with Erica and everything was as described (or better). The place is very comfortable, in excellent condition, and well equipped. Ski-in / ski out worked well for us ... thank you to the snow gods for some fresh snow every day we were there!

Erika’s property is perfect for a stay at Stowe. Well-maintained, clean, and lots of space for us (we were 3 couples). It has everything you need (other than sharp knives …). The ski-in / ski-out was easy (there was lots of snow!). Erica is an attentive, easily accessible, and responsive host. We would have no hesitation staying there again. We hope to!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here for our annual ski trip to Stowe, and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. There are 8 of us total, 4 adults and 4 teenaged boys. The unit is very cozy and well appointed, with just about everything you need to make all your meals in house. Very short walk (2 minutes) to the Toll House lift, and when there’s enough snow you can ski back to the front door. Erica is always very responsive and accommodating. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Good location for what we wanted for the holiday stay. Host very communicative which we appreciated. Fireplace area was nice to sit. Accommodations sufficient. A few more levels than expected but worked out ok. Parking situation a bit odd parking one car behind the other. A bit pricey for the quality-level but I guess that’s the Stowe location. For fee added for cleaning seems like cleaning people should be dealing with the trash, compost, recyclables Overall we did enjoy our stay but reasons above is why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5. .

Six of us stayed in this well appointed three bedroom unit in Stow, Vermont! We had a wonderful stay. It was very easy to reach the owner with any questions we had with typical response time being less than five minutes. We were comfortable, had full access to climate control and all of the beds had good mattresses. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked several meals there for our group. It’s a quiet place and living room furniture is comfortable and encourages people sitting around to have conversation. Although turn the fireplace on for a few minutes, we did not keep it on due to the recent heat wave. However, it worked very well. I would definitely stay here again if I was coming back to this area.

We were in town for an event at the Trapp Family Lodge and needed lodging overnight. The home is well appointed with plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out amongst the 3 bedrooms, and the kitchen/living room was spacious. Location was convenient. Pool area was nice. Would return.
