Ski, Hike & Relax: Beech Mtn Gem w/ Sweeping Views

We had the most wonderful two-night stay, and we’re already talking about when we can come back!From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting and wonderful sound of the roaring creek below. The home was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated—perfectly blending rustic charm with modern comfort. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. The dining area was perfect for playing games while we waited for dinner. I wish the weather had been cooler because I would have loved curling up by the fireplace.The location was ideal: quiet and private, yet just a short drive to skiing, scenic overlooks, and everything the Beech Mountain area has to offer. Whether you’re looking for adventure or just a peaceful retreat, this home truly offers the best of both worlds.The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making sure guests have a great experience. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it really showed.If you’re looking for a cozy mountain escape with stunning views and all the comforts of home, this is the perfect place. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so grateful for such a memorable stay!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Place was spotless. Host left a beautiful s'mores basket that our kids enjoyed and sleds to use. Place equiped with everything you need for a vacation with family including lots to great family board games to enjoy when not skiing. Super close to Beech Mountain skiing, which was a lifesaver during a busy, crowded weekend. We will definitely be back. Host was also very easy to get in touch with and very communicative. One of the best vacations in a long time. Advice: Don't forget snow chains or socks and get to lifts early to help with crowds if going on busy weekends. :)

Cabin is in a great location!! The views are amazing. It snowed while we were there and the roads and were cleared and salted super early so we had no issues getting up or down the mountain. Owner is super responsive and helpful. We had a couple slight issues and they were on top of it. We were literally a minute drive to the Beech Mountain Ski resort. Highly recommend.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family getaway for a few days. We ere welcomed with a beautiful gift basket. The owner was very communicative when we had questions. Close to the slopes, stunning Christmas decor. The beds were so comfy! We will definitely be back!

This house was so quaint. We sat in front of the fireplace watching movies. We enjoyed the deck with the beautiful mountain views. It's in a great location with great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed grilling steaks on the deck one evening. :) We also enjoyed cozying up in front of the fireplace and making s'mores! Very spacious and very clean! We plan to stay again in the future! Definitely recommend this beautiful home. The owners were very responsive and helpful also!

Absolutely beautiful home that was perfect for our family group of 9 that made the trip to Beech Mountain for skiing. Perfect amount of rooms and bathrooms for a large group. Gorgeous mountain views and all the touches added by the owners are fantastic! We definitely recommend and we know we’ll be back!!

We had a great family stay in Beech Mountain and this was a good location. The house was gorgeously decorated and we loved the new renovations that the owners obviously took great pride in. The place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and I have to tell you we all remarked how much we loved that new stove- dinners cooked fast and evenly. There’s also a big living room area for all to gather and enjoy the mountain views. The kids also loved the touch of the welcome basket with s’mores. We also appreciated the owner’s responsive and extra effort to make our stay great. We would go back.
