Six Bedrooms Sleeping 14 in Seaside! Designer + 2 Adult Bikes!

This was our best Florida trip ever! This house is absolutely adorable & spacious. I’m obsessed with the kitchen stove. The house is also impeccably clean. Check in/out was so simple. Cute, quick walk to the beach & shopping and adorable walking trail nearby. Bicycles were so fun, beach chair/umbrella rental was so easy. We felt so at home here. It was just perfect!

Seaside is a great place for family get-togethers, and this house worked very well for our family of 10. We love not having to take the car while enjoying an easy walk to the beautiful beach.

However, housekeeping should be provided daily or every other day as it was in the past; we have been coming to Seaside almost every year for over 20 years and that was such a nice amenity. It should not be an extra charge when requested. Everything else was wonderful and Homeowners Collection was very gracious and helpful. Will always use this company. Thank you!

The only things I may suggest could be better would be the floors were cleaner when we arrive. We had 2 children and when the climbing around, their feet were dirty. The shower head fell off when I turned on the shower on the second floor. The air condition for the downstairs was froze up when we arrived. The back where we parked could have been sweep and looked better around the bbq grill.

Reviewer Comments: This is our fifth time to stay at Seaside and the first time in Southern Comfort. While it’s a beautiful home and the number of baths and bedrooms were perfect for our family, I was disappointed in several ways. On our first night, around midnight teenagers across the street to the right were ringing doorbells and throwing rocks at the windows. Seaside security came but it continued but finally the house directly across from us called the police and they were able to stop it. Is this a new normal for Seaside? We were also disappointed that the ice maker was broken and Guest Services promised to bring ice but they did not. And in our family’s opinion the lockbox used for entering is very inconvenient and antiquated. For the cost of renting this house, we would expect better.
