Stayed Aug 28, 2021Our first time in SI so we guessed on street address relative to town, groceries etc. Turned out perfect for us. All necessities were just around the corner. Best of all, the beach was 1/2 a block away!! The house was very comfortable for a family of 6 (4 adult children). Great gathering spaces and also areas to get away from the crowd if you want. It's a truly casual beach house. Not every glass and coffee cup match but there are plenty of them. Loads of utensils including knives but if you love to cook, bring a good one of your own. Our family loves an outdoor shower and this place had a terrific one though we would have liked a clothesline. As for the 4 stars, the property was clean but it's a well used rental so don't expect a newly renovated home. The property manager was responsive to questions as we were getting ready for our stay. However, she didn't respond when we called to inform that there was a leak under the sink. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed a special time with our grown kids.
