Stayed Feb 21, 2026So many good things to say about our stay. First and foremost, Nancy is an EXCELLENT host. She is warm. A great communicator. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Easy to get a hold of and she responds very quickly. Having a host like this makes a HUGE difference. That said, we really enjoyed this location. I like staying on the north end of the island and this home was in a great spot! The backyard is beautiful. The pool and hot tub stayed warm even in very cold temps that were far below the norm. The garage was full of useful beach and water play items for the kids plus beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon. The home layout was great. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and easy to cook in. There are TWO sets of washer/dryers and they worked really well. My husband and I really enjoyed the master en-suite bathroom upstairs. I don’t have any complaints. Nancy was helpful with any questions we had. AMI beach rentals where you can rent golf carts, kayaks and all sorts of things was super easy to work with and only 0.3 miles from the house. Beaches, restaurants and shops are very nearby allowing you to walk or drive— whatever you like. But the house didn’t feel like it was on a main strip. The road was very quiet. Was a great place for our group of 8 to spend a week. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Dec 13, 2025This house was near perfect. Great location with plenty to do from putting competitions to ping pong and corn hole as well as plenty of fishing off the dock. Big living area and kitchen for cooking. The screened in living area was perfect for your morning coffee.Nancy was awesome and communicated everything perfectly. We will be back for sure. Also, checkout AMI Tours for a kayaking tour with Bill!

Stayed Jul 26, 2025The house was perfect and met all of our needs for our large family. Exceptionally clean! The house was located close to shopping, restaurants, beach access. Right on the canal, so we could pop the kayak in! The pool was used everday! Nancy was very responsive to any question I had. Would highly recommend this lovely property.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025I honestly cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay at this property was! I booked way in advance because this was our family‘s celebration trip after our youngest child graduated and I knew I wanted it to be the very best. The communication with Nancy was amazing from the very first part of the booking process. All of the information she sent us in advance about restaurants, activities and local spots was also very helpful in planning our week there. When we arrived, the house was exceptionally clean and everything was as pictured on the site. The backyard is like your own private oasis and mornings on the master bedroom balcony were picture perfect. Even when I had a few questions while we were there, Nancy was available with answers almost immediately! To top off the entire experience, I fell in love with a Manatee figure that was at the top of the stairs. I searched the island for it, but could not find the same one. Nancy allowed me to bring it home which was such a special memento for me to add to our family mantle! Thank you so much to Nancy and Anna Maria Island. We will definitely be back:)

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Nancy is so easy to work with. Excellent communication throughout the process. The house is beautiful. Beds are very comfy and kitchen is well supplied. They even allow previous guests spices, peanut butter, coffee/staples, etc to stay for the next guests which is rare but a benefit no doubt. Pool area is wonderful, relaxing and has everything you need. Beach supplies are all in garage along with a wagon. Nancy thinks of it all! Loved our stay and will be back )

Stayed Mar 8, 2025Renting this home allows you to see and do all that AMI has to offer. We fished off the dock while watching the boats and birds go by (there were fishing poles in the garage and we got bait at the local tackle shop; we walked our rode our rented golf cart to the beautiful AMI beaches; we enjoyed the backyard pool and spa after a day at the beach; we we walked or carted to local shops and restaurants; and relaxed in the mornings and evenings on the screened in porch. It really was the perfect home and the owner included lots of items that made our vacation so enjoyable - tons of beach towels; a wagon, quality chairs and umbrella for the beach; games for families like putt putt, giant Connect Four and ping pong; plenty of bath and dish towels; light throw blankets for chilly evenings; a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking easy; easy to use washer and dryer along with laundry detergent. And Nancy, the owner, was incredibly responsive even giving us urgent care recommendations when my 85 year old mom was sick on the trip. Her restaurant recs were spot on as well. Thus was our first visit to AMI and the house and owner really helped make it a perfect trip!

Stayed Nov 16, 2024The house was beautiful for the most part, missing pool floats, 2nd fridge, needs maintenance ( things that had nothing to do with the recent Hurricane). Uncomfortable beds, sheets with holes, burnt out light bulbs very dirty ceiling fan in the kitchen, kitchen chairs falling apart. Under stocked master bathroom. The air conditioner stayed on all the time , was not easy to control the temp in the house. The other inconvenience is heating the pool and hot tub takes 30 min before you can use it.each time you are away from it for a while.there was also plumbing issues in the bathrooms. We paid over $5000 for a week& we were left disappointed in the property! The island and the area was amazing!! We will be back just staying at a different location.

Stayed Nov 9, 2024Me and my family were extremely happy with our stay at Sirenia Beach House. With 2 hurricanes tearing through the island just months before our trip, we were worried about the quality of our vacation. The host did an amazing job of keeping us aware of any issues with the home as well as the island’s recovery progress. The house was absolutely perfect, the beaches were beautiful, and there were a lot of restaurants and stores that were open and continuing to open. We had an amazing time during our stay. Check in was easy peasy, the rest of the week was sunny and breezy. We definitely intend to refer this property to our friends and plan to visit again. Thank you to the host for your honesty and understanding of our concerns, and making us feel confident about our trip before arriving.

Stayed Nov 2, 2024After the last 4 years we've all lived through, I think we've all realized the flexibility that is required of life. This owner refused to be flexible in any regard, even with 2 hurricanes that came through. Although she claimed that the property was ok for us to stay in, the entire area was decimated. We stayed in a different location but went to check out Anna Maria Island to see for ourselves. The streets were full of rubble and looked like a disaster area. Most of our favorite shops and restaurants were still closed and so were the beaches. Regarding the rental, we were willing to come at a later date, but that was not even a consideration. This owner did not do the right thing - proceed with caution and read the fine, fine print! The good news is that we fought this through our credit card company and received a refund!

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Beautiful property, clean, great communication from property manager. The location is very good. We would have liked golf cart(s) provided, but ended up renting on our own (highly recommend). Kitchen was fully stocked! Loved that we didn't have to bring beach chairs or towels either. TWO washers and dryers was a huge help for our party of 9. I definitely recommend this property overall.
