Community pool which is 3 minute walk is open all summer. Requires passes and may be subject to minimum stay from our end. Pls enquire.

    The house is in a great location and close to all our needs. Any questions and concerns we had were answered and taken care of immediately by the house manager. Hope to visit and stay again in the future

    We came to the Katy/Houston area to visit family. The house was perfect for us. We were able to all have our own space as well as having plenty of room for our family to join us for games and meals. The fenced-in side/back yard is small, but was more than large enough for our 2 dogs to take care of business (and less space for me to wander to clean up ?). While I can't speak for the comfort of the beds in the guest rooms, the bed in the master was great for me. Our kids didn't lodge any complaints, so I'm assuming that their beds were good also. On-site laundry was a definite plus! We were able to keep on top of it and are going home with only a small bag of dirty clothes (less work for me when we get home). We had a minor drainage issue with the AC. I contacted Zubair and he was great about working around our sightseeing schedule to get the issue fixed that same evening. He was quick to respond any time we contacted him. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to the area.

    I stayed here for two months in January/February 2019 to escape the northeast winter. The house, with a large 2 car garage, is located in a newer development in Katy, very close to Rte 99. It has a lovely breakfast nook and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need for cooking: pots, appliances, dishes, glassware, etc. The dining room can accommodate 6 comfortably, and the living room is large with a couch and 2 chairs and a large tv with lots of channels. The master bedroom is large with its own en suite bathroom and walking closet, as well as its own tv. There are two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin, and also with walk in closets. The second bath is nicely appointed and there is a full laundry room adjacent to it. There's a desk in the smaller bedroom where you can conduct business if need be. The backyard is small but fenced in. There is a wonderful park nearby with a playground for the kids and a wonderful paved walking path around man-made lakes and ducks galore. The development itself has a small playground as well as a pool, which I did not get to enjoy as it was winter. Zubair, the property manager, could not have been more accommodating and responded quickly to whatever need I may have had. This location is close enough to Rte 10 and from there it's a straight shot to downtown Houston, albeit with traffic. It's not close to downtown but it's easily doable. There's a Kroger, WallMart, fast food places and some smaller restaurants in a mall nearby and less than 5 miles away are some really great restaurants in Katy. There are also movie theaters nearby as well. This is a residential neighborhood so you do have to drive to get anywhere, but the neighborhood is quiet and, as a single woman of a certain age, I felt very safe and comfortable.

    Me, my partner and our son stay here for 10 nights, had a very pleasant stay. I loved that there was a washer and dryer, I could keep on top of my washing. Zahaib was a fab host, easy to contact if needed and responded quickly. I would definatly stay here again when we next visit Texas. Thanks again for a great stay

    This home is located in a great part of Katy with plenty of access to freeways, restaurants and shopping. It was very accommodating for the 4 of us for the week. We’ll definitely book it again next time we’re in Texas!
