Offering a central location where you can explore in every direction, this bright Centerville home provides a classic Cape Cod experience. Spend your days on Craigville Beach, Covell's Beach, or Millway Beach nearby, returning home in the afternoons to sip cold drinks on the back deck.

This single-story home is located between the Mid-Cape Highway (Route 6) and Route 28 in Centerville. It's a great setting for beach-goers, whether you head to Craigville and Covell's Beaches on Nantucket Sound (three miles) or Millway Beach on Cape Cod Bay (six miles). There's so much close by, including the Old Barnstable Fairgrounds Golf Course (three miles), the John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum (five miles), and scenic ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.

The house has a cheery brightness to it, thanks to large windows that fill the rooms with sunlight. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen for all of your culinary needs, a formal dining room, and two living rooms - each with comfortable seating and a TV for family movie nights.

At night, find the bedrooms in their own wing of the house, one of which is a primary suite with its own bathroom. Central air conditioning and complimentary WiFi are provided for your comfort as well.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
